SUBMISSION UNDER SECTION 14 OF ACT 200/1993

Relevant parts of the legislation:-

In support of what follows, I quote from the Preamble of the
New Constitution as follows:-

"In humble submission to Almighty God,

We the people of South Africa declare that:-

WHEREAS there is a need to create a new order in which
all South Africans will be entitled to a common South
African citizenship in a sovereign and democratic
constitutional state in which there is equality
between men and women and people of all races so that
all citizens shall be able to enjoy and exercise
their fundamental rights and freedoms.

AND WHEREAS it is necessary for such purposes that
provisions should be made for the promotion of
national unity and the restructuring andv continued
governance of South Africa while an elected
Constitutional Assembly draws up a final
Constitution."

Section 4

(1) "This Constitution shall be the supreme law of the
Republic and any law or act inconsistent with its
provisions shall unless otherwise provided
expressly or by necessary implication in this
Constitution be of no force and effect to the
extent of the inconsistency"

(2) "This Constitution shall bind all legislative,
executive and judicial organs of state at all
levels of government."

Section 7

"(1) This chapter shall bind all legislative and
executive organs of state at all levels of
government"

(2) This chapter shall apply to all law in force
and all administrative decisions taken and
acts performed during the period of
operation of this constitution."

Section 8

"Every person shall have the right to equality before the
law and equal protection of the law."

Section 14

"Every person shall have the right to freedom of
conscience, religion, thought, belief and opinion which
shall include academic freedom in institutions of higher
learning"

Section 15

"Every person shall have the right to freedom of speech and
expression which shall include freedom of the press and
other media, and freedom of artistic creativity and
scientific research."

Section 17

"Every person shall have the right to freedom of
association"

Section 22

"Every person shall have the right to have justiciable
disputes settled by a court of law or, where appropriate,
another independent and impartial forum

Section 24

" Every person shall have the right to-

(a) Lawful administrative action where any of his or
her rights or interests is affected or
threatened.

(b) procedurally fair administrative action where
his or her rights or interests is affected or
threatened;

(c) be furnished with reasons in writing for
administrative action which affects any of his or
her rights or interests unless the reasons for
such action have been made public; and

(d) Administrative action which is justifiable in
relation to the reasons give for it where any of
his or her rights is affected or threatened.

Section 33

(1) The rights entrenched in this chapter may be
limited in law of general application provided that
such limitation -

(a) shall be permissable to the extent only that it
is -

i) reasonable; and

ii) justifiable in an open and democratic society
based on freedom an equality; and

(b) shall not negate the essential content of the
right in question, and provided further that any
limitation to

(aa) a right entrenched in section 10, ll,
12, 14(1), 20(1), 25 or 30(1)(d) or (e) or
(2); or

(bb) a right entrenched in section 15, 16, 17,
18, 23 or 24, insofar as such right relates
to free and fair political activity shall,
in addition to being reasonable as required
(a)(i), also be necessary

(2) Save as provided for in subsection (1) or any other
provision of this constitution, no law, whether a rule
of common law customary law or leislation, shall limit
any right entrenched in this chapter.

Section 35

(1) In interpreting the provisions of this chapter, a
court of law shall promote the values which underlie
an open and democratic society based on freedom and
equality and shall where applicable, have regard to
public international law applicable to the protection
of the rights entrenched in this chapter, and may have
regard to comparable foreign case law.

(3) In the interpretation of any law and the application
and development of the common law and customery law, a
court shall have due regard to the spirit, purport and
objects of this chapter.

PURPOSE OF SUBMISSION

In my reading of the above sections I understand that any
person's rights are limited only by the extent in which the
exercising of such a right amounts to the infringement of the
rights of another person, especially when taking into account
Section 33 (1) (a) (ii) and Section 8.

The purpose of this submission is to let a full overview of the
basic truth surrounding this matter expose mass deception and
oppression of various groups and the infringement of their
rights, in particular, the infringement and oppression of
religious beliefs under Article 14 of the New Constitution and
how that lies at the quintessence of this matter in that is
forms the motive of the litigation to which I and others, in
similar cases, have been subjected to.

Exposure of deception is facilitated by the coming to light of
the truth. Truth therefore has the capacity to set people free
from deception and oppression. Therefore and to this end:-

I shall illustrate that ordinary people are oppressed by
the activities of certain secret organizations.

More particularly I shall illustrate beyond any doubt that
this matter has primarily to do with an infringement and
attack of my rights in terms of Article 14 of the New
Constitution, and that the motive of the litigation to which
I have been subjected to, arises and lies in the infringement of
my rights described in this section and that the quintessence
of this matter therefore lies at it's motive and source. A
motive which is nothing but an infringement and oppression
of my religious beliefs for the protection of others and
the stifling of various crimes at law.

I shall illustrate that most Freemasons have been deceived.

I shall illustrate that they are oppressed, both physically
and spiritually and that they stand to be set free by this
exposure of the truth.

I shall show that their fundamental rights are threatened
and infringed upon.

Moreover I shall expose the fact that those in control of
Freemasonry are also to a degree deceived and oppressed.

I shall finally prove that the very autonomy of the
Judicial system and our Government are affected by the
exposure of the facts that shall follow in this submission.

In fact I shall illustrate beyond any doubt that the
issues arising from this case, the cases surrounding this
matter and this submission, amount to a constitutional
issue of fundamental importance to the Government and
Judicial system in this country:-

I shall show that the implications of this last
mentioned aversion necessarily needs to be tested and
investigated by a suitable Commission of Inquiry:-

in the public interest,

in the interest of justice,

but most importantly, in the interest of National
Unity.

By a suitable Commission of Inquiry I mean one that
will be independent and impartial.

I shall illustrate that the question of
independence and impartiality alone, is one upon
which the success of such an inquiry depends.

I shall lastly show that the success of such an inquiry is
fundamental to the Reconstruction and Development Program
for the purpose of achieving stability and national unity
in this country.

I shall show why a ruling in the absence of a
successful inquiry will create an appearance of bias
in the mind of the ordinary reasonable person and will
therefore be doomed to review proceedings.

I shall illustrate why such an impression will have
serious consequences for the Judicial process in this
country and for the success of the Government of
National Unity.

In this submission therefore I shall attempt to lay bare the
basis of the whole sordid truth surrounding the collusion in and
around this case although I stress from the outset that many
important facts surrounding this issue will remain stifled if a
proper inquiry does not ensue or if the inquiry itself is not
proper.

17h40 Log 1851

 

Arrive at Inhaca island after checking into Maputo earlier in the  

day

 

Anchored   in  9m  water  on  an  arc  which  touches  the  radar  

extremities of Inhaca and Portuguese islands 0.8 NM distant.

 

There is a tidal current running N to S and vise versa at a speed  

of approximately 3 knots

 

18h15

 

25- 27 Kn Southerly wind for 15-20 mins

 

     anchor  dragged to .912 NM bearing 153 M off Inhaca head and  

     .75 NM bearing 409M off Portuguese Island heads respectively

 

     Up  anchor  ,  reposition vessel as before and  commence  re  

     anchoring

 

     Shackle  on  chain acting as hawse pipe jammer  (to  prevent       

     chain from exiting hawse prior to attachment of anchor line)  

     broke on anchoring.

 

     Lost 65 lb. CAR anchor and 50m 10mm chain in 9m depth.

 

     Dropped  45lb Danforth anchor at end of 70-100 m 30mm ANCHOR  

     LINE. Depth 9-12 m depending on tidal height

 

     Went  to island in dingy to borrow backup anchor and  chain,  

     and arrange for recovery of lost anchor and chain.

 

     Told   no  anchors  or  chain  available.   Borrowed   small  

     Fishermans  anchor from Port Captain and concrete block from  

     Inhaca  Hotel  to  act as substitute for  chain  in  keeping  

     anchor stem down.

 

     set additional ground tackle borrowed.

 

     Anchor  watch  by captain and crew reveals  vessel  drifting  

     slightly in tidal current

 

7/8/93

 

Unable  to locate lost anchor as tidal flow averages 2-3 knts and  

visibility is less than 1m in 9-12 m of water. Arrange to collect  

large  stainless steel grapnel anchor weighing approximately 40Kg  

from Mr. Christy.

 

 

 Danforth  anchor drags and then line parts at anchor  in  evening  

storm of 30 knots SW .   

 

     Ride out storm maintaining position with engines as crew are  

     on  land.  Fiberglas  yacht tender comes adrift  and  drifts       

     away.  Unable  to  retrieve  as it  drifts  over  sandbanks.  

     painter  snarls on propeller and parts easily.  Reset  small  

     fishermans  anchor  with concrete block in the  quite  after        

     the storm.

 

Anchor watch: continuous dragging and repositioning of vessel.

 

8/8/93

 

Obtain  and  set  Mr.   Christies  anchor.   Leave  passport   as  

collateral.  Anchor  drags at tidal changes,  in current,  and in  

squalls, although it holds better than the fishermans anchor.

 

Remove remains of dingy painter from prop.

 

Strong  possibility of obtaining commercial stockless  navy  type  

bow storage anchor from fishing company.

 

Spend  afternoon  searching  for  lost  dingy  in  yachts  rubber  

duck.

 

9/8/93

 

Obtain  55lb Navy stockless bow storage anchor for Mt  100,000.00  

rental fee.

 

Up  anchors and move vessel to position west of Inhaca head where  

a buoy indicated safe anchorage in Feb 1993 on our last trip.

 

Set  additional ground tackle in place of Mr.  Christie's  anchor  

which gets moved to an anchor line off the stern.

 

Transport projector films , generator and literature to Island.

Peter  Walls  Mark  Strydom and Charl van der  Vyfer  decide  to  

explore the island by back pack and camp over for the night.

 

Captain meets with Island Administrators Port Captain And Police

who  thank him for the screening of the movies ,  distribution of  

literature , records and hand powered record players.

The rest of the crew and guest settle down to an early dinner

Storm:    Wind Sw 45-50 Knts

 

          Current unknown possibly 3-5 knts

 

 Anchor  line  parts .  Retrieve balance of  line  (approx.  30m).  

Parting  looks  like the results of chaffing but midway  between  

the  bow and the anchor .  The possion of break would  therefore  

have to be below the water line. ( it later became apparent that  

a buoy got submerged by having its line foul on the sea bed. the  

yachts  anchor line had gone around it under water at the  tidal  

change and got chaffed and cut off by the barnacles stuck to the  

buoy)

 

     Radio Hotel. Notify position and that we will decide whether  

     to hold our position or make for Maputo and advise.

 

     Hold position under power.  Try to ascertain whether it is a  

     passing squall or a frontal system .  Radar shows no rain in  

     16 Mile radius. Barometer still climbing. Now 1030.

 

       Water  trap  alarm   within  minutes  of  starting.   Switch            

      tanks. Bleed water trap. Very little water.

  

        Engine failure  within minutes of tank switch. Station crew  

       at  Video Hydrograph and Radar for constant read-out as we         

       drift while engine is being primed and bled.

 

        Vessel  drifting  toward channel adjacent  to  Portuguese  

        Island.

 

         Canope    torn   by   wind   .    Removed   from   Spray                       

         dodger by Captain.

 

           Ax3     Bombard    rubber    Dingy    Comes     adrift                           

           (painter parts) and  blows away.

           Painter retrieved

 

             Vessel  bottoms  out on West side of 50m wide channel.  

            Not  serious as wind is blowing it off towards deeper  

            water.

 

             Whilst  captain attends to engine and crew  reports,  

             crew   activity  in cockpit accidently engages  gear  

             lever  and drops genoa sheet overboard. Engine takes  

             then   labours  before flexible driveshaft  coupling  

             breaks due to sheet around propeller.

 

             Captain  radio,s  Hotel requesting Gone  fishing  to  

             come  and  evacuate crew as the vessel is  bound  to  

             become beached on Portuguese Island

 

               Vessel Bottoms out . Contact made with Irwing aboard  

              ski  boat  Diversions from Gone  Fishing  Charters.  

              Notified  of  position and fact that  vessel is  now  

              listing due to keel dragging.

 

No  PAN PAN sent as there are  no injuries  and because of the  the  

proximity of ski boat Diversions.

 

                All crew except Mr. Peter Zonnhause removed.

 

               Irwing  reccomends that the life raft be inflated,  

               flares  be  taken  to be fired when we  sight  the  

               spotlight  from  his vessel on his return for  the  

               rest of the crew

 

                Life raft deployed. Peter and Captain enter raft

 

                 No  knife  in raft.  Rope / painter tied to  the  

                 wrong  side.   Impossible  to  sever  raft  from  

                 vessel.   Vessel  lists heavily to starboard  with                   

                 life raft less than 2 meters away.

 

                  Life  raft bottoms out in large waves caused by  

                  wind and tide.

 

                  Captain  exits to check depth.  Captain advises  

                  crew  to leave raft and walk ashore  (+/- 30m).  

                  Captain retrieves flares from raft

                  and joins crew on land next to vessel.

 

 

 Vessel has steaming lights anchor light all instruments and cabin  

lights  on with motor idling.  Surf is pounding vessel from stern  

port  quarter.  Vessel  is lying on starboard  side  lifting  and  

falling with the waves .

 

                    Not   one  flare  of  6  operational  despite                      

                    liferaft being serviced in february this year  

                    and flares being in date.

 

Captain  and crew investigate possibility of crew crossing to the  

hotel at low tide. However tide is already risen too high.

 

                     Captain  and  crew return to vessel to  find  

                     life  raft missing ( it Is later  determined  

                     that the painter was cut )

 

Gone fishing are observed searching sea for raft Captain and crew  

are not spotted on beach next to vessel

 

Captain  and crew scout Island for shelter in sight of the vessel  

and  from wind and cold in order to reduce wind  chill.  Position  

located and fire built.

 

     Vessel  is observed being pounded all night and slowly being  

     washed along the beach for approx. 800m by strong currents.

 

13/8/93

 

In morning vessel is inspected at low tide . Engine still running  

lights and instruments still on.

 

Radio contact is made with Inhaca hotel notifying that vessel has  

dried  out  along the beach ,  that Peter is safe and in need  of  

being  evacuated  and  that the captain will  remain  aboard  the  

vessel which is intact except for damage caused by spray to  some  

electrical  equipment  and  the  broken  coupling  and  hydraulic  

steering system. Hotel is asked to notify Captains wife who is to  

notify  insurers  and  arrange for an assessor  to  arrive  poste  

haste.

                                             

Damage:

 

No  hull  damage.  Slight  delamination  of  cupboard  from  hull  

opposite  engine  in passage on starboard side.  Small  crack  on  

upper end of rudder (bottom of rudder under sand in surf - unable  

to  remove  sand  long enough to see all  of  rudder).  Hydraulic  

rudder  ram  bent and broken.  Loose articles  laying  around  in  

saloon and cabins.

 

Peter accompanies Island guard to Inhaca hotel

 

Clean up of vessel undertaken by captain.

 

Radio  contact  established with 'Gone Fishing' and Captain  Alan  

Meyer on Motor vessel ANINA.  Meyer is able to see the yacht from  

his position at anchor which he assumed the night before in order  

to  ride out the storm.   He advised floating the vessel at  high  

tide as the tidal ranges exceed the draft.

 

Vessels SSB damaged by sea spray.

  

Alan Mayor is asked to contact Maputo and Durban via SSB in order  

to  arrange  a tow to assist Vessel into Maputo harbour once  the  

vessel  floats off since the current in Maputo is 6 Knots at  low  

tide.    He   is   asked  to  notify  Durban  radio   to   notify  

shipping   of  the  possibility  of  the  floating  liferaft  and  

dingy being out to sea.

 

No tow is forthcoming on this day.

 

The   vessel  is tied to land  as it is in danger of  being  washed  

away by the returning high tide.

 

Halyards  from the mizzen and main are secured to prevent  vessel  

from pounding.

 

The   emergency  tiller is rigged  and secured in order to  prevent  

further damage to the rudder form wave action.

 

The weather subsides with  the vessel entirely out of any danger .

Even  heavy  weather at this stage could be of minimal threat  as  

the  vessel dries out between tides and is secured  during  tidal  

peaks.

 

14/8/93

 

The  Inhaca  Port captain assists by laying out  another  fishing  

company  anchor on 600m of heavy anchor line into deep  water  on  

the vessels port quarter off the bow

 

Fishing Vessel Machanguru (250 hp inboard diesel) attempts to tow  

the vessel off by brute force around 13h30 well prior to the peak  

of high tide and fails.

 

A ski boat runs  over anchor line but causes no damage.

 

Terry,  Mark  and Charl arrive to relieve Captain from  occupying  

vessel. Vessel is left in their command while the Captain goes to  

the hotel to arrange for a tow and the Insurance assessor.

 

He  is advised that a Mr.  Micklewrite will arrange a tug for the  

following day.

 

15/8/93

 

Preparations are made to float the vessel at high tide ( 15h13 )

Crew positioned at  anchor windlass with 1,5 ton capacity  to apply  

constant pressure from 14h50  before tidal peak until free.  then  

to  haul  in rope and body off anchor which would be  too  deeply  

embedded for retrieval without an engine.

 

 Genoa set  in moderate 10-15knt  winds from stern starboard quarter   

for additional force toward anchor.  genoa will also cause vessel  

to  heel and thus lift the keel free from the sand expediting the  

process.

 

 The  bow  is swung into the waves  in anticipation of  the  vessel  

being  lifted  and  pivoted over onto its port side for  an  easy  

slide  off  which would get us off sooner and thus leave us  some  

daylight to undertake the 4 hour journey to  Maputo  where we would  

have  to  contend with a  6 n.y.  current  to enter the  harbour  ,  

hence the request for a tow.

 

Peter  Michlewright ,  girl friend Vanessa and two crew arrive at  

approx.  13h30  in  Mr.  Paul Hallows'  Rubber duck which has  two  

outboards on it.

 

He  advises that the tug is on its way but late and won,t make it  

when the tide peaks ( by 15h13 ).  Advises that he had to buy 400  

liters of diesel for  the tug and arrange a battery so they could  

start it.

 

Micklewright  goes to hotel and  returns shortly afterwards.

 

Everyone  seems  excited and eager to re-float  the  vessel,  The  

Captain  would  prefer to wait until just before high tide  .  

 

As arranged,  at about 15h00  pressure is applied to the winch  and  

the   vessel starts moving slightly forward on each rising swell.

 

Mr.  Micklewrite  wanted  to  know how he can help and  was  told  

that   he could expedite things by helping the vessel heel in the  

breeze  which would have the effect of lifting the keel  off  the  

sand  and thus reducing the drag and friction which in turn would  

speed  up the winching process and in so doing get the vessel off  

before the tide peaked. Consequently a halyard from the main mast  

was attach to the stern of Mr. Hallows' rubber duck

and  he  was  advised to apply steady  pressure  in  a  direction  

adjacent to the main mast but towards deeper water, which he did.

                               

 As  the tide rose  so the  vessel pivoted over onto it,s  port side   

as  expected.  shortly afterwards the  vessel heeled in  a  strong   

 gust  and with the help of the rubber duck ,  and was  winched free   

 by the windlass and crew.

 

Once Mr.  Hallows stopped tugging,  the halyard was retrieved and  

we  immediately sailed  towards deeper water  .

 

The  anchor  line was taken aboard and the anchor buoyed  off  as  

arranged.

 

Mr.  Hallows  and  his crew were invited on board and his   rubber  

duck was taken in tow.  We sailed towards Maputo           

 

 

 

 We  were all in high spirits and I thanked Mr.  Micklewright  and  

Mr.  Hallows for their kind assistance, thinking that they did so  

in  the  usual spirit of camaraderie that exists between  boaters  

the world over.  Not once was salvage or the possibility of  that  

being in question mentioned.

 

Approximately  6-7  miles  from Portuguese Island,  en  route  to  

Maputo,  we encountered the Tug which was arranged.  Mr.  Hallows  

Took  the  anchor  line  to  the tug drivers  who  seemed  to  be  

inhebriated  or incompetent.  Mr.  Hallows then indicated that he  

wanted to go directly home which he did.

 

The  tug  dangerously  towed  us into  the  small  craft  harbour  

 nearly  sinking  the  yacht by towing it too close  to  a  docked  

trawler . They then  ran the yacht into a mud bank,  towed it off in  

astern  at full power whereupon the  Captain severed the tow  rope  

with  an ax .  The which the tug came to a standstill mid  harbour  

where  it stayed whilst the yacht drifted in the wind toward  the  

docks where it was tied up.  The tug then crazily careened off at  

full power to its dock where it bumped into position and was tied  

up by its crew.

 

I  was  surprised and could not believe it when I was later  told  

that Mr. Hallows subsequently decided to entertain the thought of  

Salvage.

 

On   19/8/93  the attorneys of the insurance agent,  Mr.  D.Warne ,  

informed  my attorney that the  letter faxed to Inhaca on  13/8/93  

Confirming  that I was covered ,  undertaking to pay salvage  and  

authorizing same  was sent  in error!

 

I  was  later  informed by my attorney Mr.  Flockemann  that  Mr.  

Hallows had indeed informed his attorneys that he wanted to claim  

the  astronomical  figure of US $ 13,000 for Salvage  .  Everyone  

though this was a joke.

 

It  turns out that Mr.  D.  Warne ,  Mr Peter Micklwright and Mr.  

Hallows  are friends and all part of an organization  I  recently  

resigned from.

 

shortly afterwards  the 'Noticias' newspaper had an article about  

a   Tender  with  the  name  Sweet  Waters  which  was  found  at  

'Makanete'.  When  the  captain took steps to recover it  he  was  

informed  that several bodies including that of  white woman  was  

also found near the tender.  A routine investigation followed  in  

the presence of the South African Trade Mission as it was thought  

that bodies could have been that of yachts crew.

 

While  it  was being ascertained that all the crew where in  fact  

alive and well and that the Captain was not a mass murderer,  the  

investigation  started taking on sinister notions of extortion as  

allegations  of  all sorts of previously unheard of  breaches  in  

Maritime Law were being made,  accompanied by the threat of  some  

unbelievably heavy fines.

 

The Trade mission whisked the captain away whereupon he requested  

being  taken  to  the British Consulate as he  is  an  Australian  

citizen.

 

 

 The  British Vice Consul,  Mr.  John Fielder then accompanied the  

Captain to the Investigating officer Mr Vincent Mambo , where the  

whole problem seemed to mysteriously evaporate.

 

Vice Consul  John Fielder also assisted in bringing the port dues  

in line with reality.

 

It was later found there was only one body which turned out to be  

that  of  a  black  male  and was found  in  a  decomposed  state  

approximately 8 Km from the Yachts tender.

 

The   Captain   then   requested a P&I and  Associates  surveyor to  

survey the vessel.   After permission was obtained from the  Port  

Captain  the vessel was dried out in a 3,8m tidal range  standing  

against the wall in the Small craft Harbour slipway. . The vessel  

was then surveyed and it was found that there was  no hull damage .  

there  was in fact  no damage which would have rendered the vessel  

in danger of breaking up or sinking on the night of the  beaching  

or unseaworthy for the return journey.

  

The  Captain then spent the next few weeks repairing  superficial  

damage  to the vessels electrical systems ,navigation  equipment,  

rudder and an engine coupling. This was particularly difficult as  

parts  had to be sources and forwarded by his wife who was  still  

in  Durban.  Communication was a problem and facilities difficult  

to obtain.

 

Several  people including Mr.  Leon Grove' of Malpesca ,  John of  

Sulpesca , Mr   Gabral the Port Finance director The Port Captain  

Mr. Anesco Njambe , Nigel   Richard and Cecil of Le Tony Charters  

Chris  Gorton who is involved with the British Embassy and  Sally  

from the inhaca hotel, where of invaluable assistance.

 

 P & I and associates again conducted a survey  for the purposes of  

insurance.  The   D.O.T.  godliness  where given to them and  these  

where  used in conducting the survey.   The vessel was found to be  

seaworthy.

 

After  replacing  some anchors to the locals  the captain  sailed  

the  vessel for  RSA on       ,  arriving in Richards bay on    .  

After sailing from Richards Bay on        he arrived in Durban on      

        .

An article appeared in the press about the Harbour charters being  

offered on the vessel and business was re‑commenced.

 

On 26 Nov The vessel was  served a Summons to the supreme court a

well  as a warrant of arrest for a Salvage claim by  mr.  Hallows  

for no less that $ 13,980.00.

 

The  owners do not have money to supply security for  the  arrest  

but they are defending the case .

 

The   insurance agents had neglected to advise underwriters  of the  

vessels trip so  the vessel was uninsured.

 

The  vessel which is a charter vessel had a documentary shoot  by  

Channel  2  French  TV  done on it for tourist  purposes  and  is  

 losing big money  in charters as a result.

 

 

 Application  is being made to dismiss the case as a vexatious act  

as  Mr  hallows and Mr.  Micklewright reportedly run  an  illegal  

charter  operation  in Maputo.  Consequently a   counterclaim  for  

damages  is  being  made  in the sum of   R110,000.00  against  Mr.  

Hallows  .  Mr Hallows  will also be  asked to raise security.  In the  

light of the far fetched nature of the Salvage claim with the far  

reaching implications of the arrest and how it was obtained, this  

sort  of extortionary act could produce  a stumbling block in the  

Maritime trade talks between RSA and Mozambique.  As a result  of  

that steps are being investigated to have  Mr.  Hallows prosecuted  

for vexatious and Malicious Prosecution here and abroad . There is  

also  the  possibility  that an attempt for salvage was  made  in  

Maputo but was laughed to scorn by the Mozambiquen authorities.

 

An   urgent  notice  and general warning of this behaviour   in  the  

public interest  is been sent out  to all the yacht clubs in RSA.

 

The  insurance brokers D.  Warne and Associates omitted to notify  

underwriters of extended cruising limits.

             

 D.  Warne and Associates are being sued for R 110,000 damages,

R 59,000 consequential losses and R 30,000 costs.  

 

In the mean time the owners are carrying the cost of all this for  

the  time  that it takes for the slow legal process to  take  its  

course.

 

The  Captain  has  conducted  a research  paper  on  Salvage  and  

Insurance  on  pleasure and charter craft.  The results  of  this  

stand to be published in two months.

 

The  full  story of his experiences with the  various  Diplomatic  

attaches  ,the  BBc,  The UNO,  the Port authorities and  Fishing  

fraternity  will  be published in some of the  sailing  magazines  

here and abroad.

FREEMASONRY

The purpose of the first part of this submission is to show that despite Masonry's claims to the contrary, Freemasonry is a religion and by and large is a religion closely akin to Secular Humanism. I shall show that Secular Humanism is intolerant of other beliefs. I shall further show that Secular Humanism in Freemasonry ultimately becomes Luciferic as it is used simply as a conduit to what is known as 'Luciferian Illumination'. I shall show that this Luciferian illuminism resides primarily in the small group, the select 'cabal' that control Freemasonry. I shall show that the control exercised over Freemasons is unconstitutional and illegal and that the control extends through Freemasons to non-Freemasons. Francis G. Paul, 33rd degree Sovereign Grand Commander of Freemasonry wrote in 'The Northern Light,' of May 1988, a prominent newsletter of Freemasonry in the USA :-

"As a fraternity, we are always ready to be judged -
severely and critically"

I do not intend to judge Freemasons. I believe I am restrained from doing so by my Christian beliefs. I do intend however, to expose and oppose the principalities and powers behind Freemasonry and to expose the error and deception of Freemasonry to its members for I believe most Freemasons have been terribly hoodwinked, literally and figuratively. This is borne out by the fact that every Freemason that I have spoken to has been astounded by the facts I have disclosed to them as my research into Freemasonry is extensive, as the bibliography at the end hereof illustrates. The bibliographies and undisputed expertise of the persons I quote and have read are indisputably authoritative. I shall therefore primarily try to adopt a birds
eye view as apposed to a worms eye view of the issue.

What is Masonry

Upon asking this question, most Freemasons will initially draw attention to the fact that they are actively involved in charity work etc. as if that is their main thrust - a charitable orginisation. It is true that Freemasons are involved in Charity work but it is by no means their main thrust. This much has been established through the writings of Stephen Knight in his best seller book entitled 'The Brotherhood' which sparked an official inquiry into Masonic activities in the United kingdom (UK), and subsequent to Mr. Knights death, by reporter Mr. Martin Short in his book entitled 'Inside the Brotherhood' a book of some 711 pages.

Freemasonry is defined as:-

"a peculiar system of morality, veiled in allegory and illustrated by symbols"
IS FREEMASONRY A RELIGION?

Most Masons will also vehemently aver that Masonry is not at all
a religion.

Mr. Bill Mankin a 32nd degree Mason stated on the John Ankerberg
Show, which is a popular TV show in the USA:-

"Masonry is not a religion, it has no system of salvation,
no creed, no confession of faith, no theology, no symbols
as in church"

he stated further:-

"The authoritative source for Masonry is the ritual. The
ritual - what happens in the lodge, what goes on."

According to the The Grand Lodge of the State of Mateland:-

"Thus Masonry is a great fellowship of men of all countries
and ages who are capable of discovering in the religious
teachings of all humanity, some of them crude indeed, a
fundamental truth common to them all, - that God is the
father of all mankind and all men are brethren, - that this
principle is worth dying for and that he who remains
steadfast in the service of this ideal may well hope for
and expect immortal life."

According to 33rd degree Grand Commander and indisputable
authority of Freemasonry, Albert Pike in his book 'Morals and
Dogma' pg 575:-

"It" (Masonry) "reverences all the great reformers. It
sees in Moses, the lawgiver of the Jews, in Confucius and
Zaroaster, in Jesus of Nazareth, and in Arabian
Iconoclasts, great teachers of morality and eminent
reformers if no more.

Joseph Fort Newton wrote in his book 'The Builders on page 223-
224 he writes:-

"Where else, except in a Masonic lodge, could men of many
religions meet, each praying for all and all for each one?"

"Masonry...is religion, a worship in which all good men may
unite, that each may share the faith of all"

On Pg 601 of the Encyclopedia of Freemasonry by A.G. Mackey,
M.D.., Mc Clure Publishing Co., Philidelphia, it says that:

'The legend of the 'craft' in the old constitutions refers
to Nimrod as one of the founders of Masonry.'

Sun Worship

Albert Mackey pg 353 'Symbolism of Freemasonry'
The point within the circle is derived from sun worship and
is in reality of phallic origin. It is a symbol of the
universe the sun being represented by a point while the
circumference is the universe

From his 'The Manual Of The Lodge' pg 56

The phallus was an imitation of the male generic organ .
It was represented usually by a column which is surmounted
by a circle at its base. The point within the circle was
intended by the ancients as a type of the prolific the
powers of nature, which they worshiped under the united
form of the active or male principal and the passive or
female principal.

From Albert Pike's Morals and Dogma

"The sun and moon represent the two grand principals of
all generations the active and passive the male and female
both shed their light upon their offspring the blazing star
or Horus.

Meaning of the Masonic God Jahbulon .

In the Royal Arch degree of the York Rite the candidate is
taught that the secret lost name of God is Jahbulon. The
composition of this name however is not immediately taught to
the candidate:-

'Jah'- is the Greek work word for 'Jehova',
'bul'- is a rendering of the name Baal
'on'- is the name used in Babylonian Mysteries to call
upon the name of the evil Egyptian deity, Osiris or
Horus the son of Isis.

Isis and Horus are the Egyptian equivalent of Semiramis and
Nimrod of Babylon, Ahshtarte and Aphrodite, Isi and Iswara of
India, Cybelle and Deoius of Asia, Fortuna and Jupiter of Rome,
Irene and Pluto of Greece, Sing Moo and child of China etc..

Freemasonry, in his book 'The Lost Keys of Freemasonry' pg 64-65

"The true Mason is not creed bound. He realises with the
divine illumination of his lodge that as a Mason his
religion must be universal, Christ Buddah or Mohammed, the
name means little. For he recognizes only the light and not
the light bearer. He worships at every shrine, bows before
every alter whether in Temple, Mosque, Pagoda, Cathedral
and realises with his true understanding, the oneness of
all spiritual truths. No true Mason can be narrow for his
lodge is the divine expression of all broadness

Note that he refers to a Mason's 'religion'. Well this is at
least consistent with the ruling that Secular Humanism is in any
event a religion.

From the above it is obvious that Freemasonry therefore purports
to be Secular, or more specifically Secular Humanist. For that
reason a brief discussion of secular humanism seems
appropriate:-

SECULAR HUMANISM

The United States Supreme Court ruled in 1961 in the case of
Torasco v Watkins that Secular Humanism is a religion as it
states inter alia:

"Among the religions in this country which do not teach
what would generally be considered a belief in the
existence of God are Buddism, Taoism, Ethical culture,
Secular Humanism and others"

From page 15 of a pamphlet ISBN 0-8474-0843-4, printed in 1990
and entitled "Secular Humanism" by Professor Harold J Berry, an
authority on the subject, he says:

"The Humanist Manifesto I states:

"Humanism... does insist that the way to determine the
existence of any and all realities is by means of
intelligent inquiry and by the assessment of their
relation to human needs"

This is situation ethics - that right and wrong depend on
the situation. Everything is relative.

'Under relativism' says John Whitehead, 'the concepts of
truth and non - truth become blurred. As a consequence,
people, once they accept accept relativism, by definition
cannot know what the truth is. Instead, they can only
guess as to the best course to follow. Thus it becomes
easier to sell nontruth to such a society'"

and on page 12

"Secular Humanism is a closed system. As such, it will
eventually seek to eliminate alternative viewpoints. The
secular state wants no competition in the arena of ideas."

page 14

"Furthermore, let there be no misunderstanding. Secular Humanists in key positions of leadership in government,
media and the public education system will do all they can
to stamp out biblical Christianity."

This is amply supported by the fact that the believers in
Secular Humanism have, inter alia, all but banned all writings
of Creation Scientists from public schools, and instead
propagate, only the theory of Evolution.


It is therefore important that 'The Humanist Manifesto', not be
confused with a 'Declaration of Human rights', as this will
result in the situation where one religion is given license to
breach the fundamental rights and freedoms of others. Moreover
it creates the possibility where religious beliefs can become
doctrines in state policy and in law, which doctrines will lead
to the oppression of others.

According to Manly P Hall another acclaimed authority on

According to the Websters New World Dictionary the definition of
religion is a:-

1 "belief in a divine or superhuman power...to be obeyed
and worshipped as the creator and ruler of the
universe"

2 "expression of.. (this) belief in conduct and ritual.

Masonry admits that it is a religion!

Albert Mackey, another indisputable authority on Freemasonry in
his 'Revised Encyclopedia of Freemasonry', in quoting Websters
says :-

"Now it is plain that in either of the first three
senses in which we take the word religion, Freemasonry may
rightfully claim to be called a religious institution.

Henry Wilson Coils in his 'Coils Masonic Encyclopedia' states:-

Freemasonry certainly requires a belief in the existence
of, and man's dependence upon a Supreme being to whom he is
responsible. What can a church add to that except to bring
into fellowship those who have like feelings? That is
exactly what the lodge does.

"Freemasonry has a religious service to commit the body of
a deceased brother to the dust whence it came and to speed
the liberated spirit back to he great source of light.
Many Freemasons make this flight with no other guarantee of
a safe landing than their belief in the religion f
Freemasonry. If that is false hope, the fraternity should
abandon funeral services and devote its attention to
activities where it is sure of its ground and its
authority."

"The difference between a lodge and a church is one of
degree only."

"Nothing herein is intended to be an argument that
Freemasonry ought to be religion; our purpose is simply to
determine what it has become and is."

Masonry even has a way of Salvation

Salvation according to the Masonic religion is based on the
Mason's good works. According to the 'Masonic Monitor' page 54
III:-

"The all seeing eye pervades the inmost recesses of the
human heart and will reward us according to our morals "

In the 19th degree of the Scottish Rite of Freemasonry:-

"Masons who have given proof of the statutes and rules of
the order.. which in the end will make them deserving of
entering the celestial Jerusalem ( heaven)"

In the 28th degree:-

"The true Mason raise himself by degrees until he reaches
heaven."

The meaning of the Masonic lambskin apron is explained thus:-

"He therefore who wear a lambskin is continually reminded
of his purity of life and conduct which is necessary for
entering the lodge above"


The religion of Freemasonry propagates New birth

Alan Roberts in his book 'The Craft And Its Symbols' states:-

"You have entered a new world. Symbolically you have been
reborn. This started the moment you became a Freemason. As
you process in Masonic knowledge your vision will broaden.
You will become more vitally alive than ever before. You
will become more aware of your fellow man, your family,
your church, and your country. Your whole philosophy of
life will become richer. This will take place but only if
you become masonically educated.

From ALbert Mackey's 'The Manual of Lodge' pg 20

"There he stands without our portals on the threshold of

his new Masonic life, in darkness, helplessness and
ignorance having been wandering amid the errors and covered
over with the pollution of the outer and profane world he
comes inquiringly to our door seeking the new birth and
asking a withdrawal of the veil which conceals divine truth
from his uninitiated eyes.

Salvation dependent on enduring till the end

In the 3rd degree whilst the candidate is led around the alter
of the lodge he is told that he will travel:-

"a rough and dangerous road as a test to your fidelity,
perhaps even murdered for keeping the secret. "He that
endureth to the end the same shall be saved."

From the Masonic Funeral ceremony:-

"Masonry seeks constantly to build the temple of the soul
and thus to fit us for the house not made with hands
eternal in the heavens."

"When our brother laboured with us in Masonic attire he
wore a white apron which it was taught is an emblem of
innocence and a badge of a Mason. By it he was constantly
reminded of that purity of life and that rectitude of
conduct is necessary to his gaining admission to the
celestial lodge above"

Therefore Masonry has a distinct creed and dogma, its members
have to confess belief in a supreme being, without which one
cannot be admitted to the lodge. Prayers are said to deity.
oaths are sworn in rituals. They even have a funeral service.
Their office bearers have names such as 'The Senior Deacon, 'The
Chaplain' etc. The leader of their ceremonies is referred to as
a 'Worshipfull Master'

I have dealt at some length with this issue primarily because I have
found that Freemasons resolutely try, in the face of even
their own authorities, to dispute that they are a religion.

It is clear that Freemasons try to hide this fact. Most Secular
Humanists will also vehemently declare that they are not
religious, in fact most will say that they are opposed to
religion. Yet Secular Humanism is clearly a religion.

I submit that the answer as to why this is so lies in the very
nature of deception, of hiding the real purposes of an
organization, of trying to pull the wool over someone else's
eyes, perhaps for the sole purpose of through secrecy and
subversion to facilitate the overthrow and ultimate oppression
of the beliefs of others.

MASONIC DECEPTION

Deliberate deception

Freemasons should also know that they are deliberately deceived,
it seems even brainwashed.


Albert Pike in his book 'Morals and Dogma' on page 819
states:-

"The Blue degrees are but the outer court or porticles of
the temple part of the symbols are displayed there to the
initiate but he is intentionally misled by false
interpretations. It is not intended that he shall
understand them but that he shall imagine that he shall
understand them."

Grand Commander Henry C Clausen 33rd degree also admits:-

"It must be apparent that the blue Lodge... degrees cannot
explain the whole of Masonry. They are the foundation....
An initiate may imagine he understands the ethics, symbols
and enigmas, whereas the true explanation of these is
reserved for the more adept."

ALbert Pike in 'Morals and Dogma' page 104-105

"Masonry like all the religions, Hermeticism and Alchemy,
conceals its secrets from all except the Adepts and Sages,
or the Elect, and uses false explanations and
misinterpretations of its symbols to mislead those who
deserve only to be misled; to conceal the truth which it
calls light, from them, and to draw them away from it."

Most Freemasons never make it past the first three degrees.
Consequently they never learn the real truths and are left
believing in Secular Humanism and denying the fact that they
practice a religion. Others believe that they are practicing
Christianity because of the fact that a Bible is placed on the
altar, scripture is quoted and prayers are said.

Gradualism

Those who go on into the further degrees are gradually prepared
for the final illumination through the quoting of biblical
scripture and various so called hidden truths.


MASONIC ILLUMINATION - LUCIFERIAN


Dr. Robert Morey is the director of the Research and Education
Foundation, a group dedicated to researching topics affecting
Western Culture. He is a respected researcher of more than 20
books.

In his book entitled "The Truth About Masons" from page 25
(1993 edition) he states:-

"That there has been and are now Masonic authors who are
'Luciferian' cannot be denied. There are some New Age
Masonic writers such as A.E. Waite, Hall, etc. who would
have to be labeled as Luciferians."

From page 36

"Any one who has ever read modern Masonic literature
has run across dozens of passages where it is claimed that
Pike is the spokesman for the craft."

What then does Albert Pike say:-

The candidate wishing to be initiated into masonry stands
outside the lodge door, and is announced as 'a poor candidate in
a state of darkness'. From this 'darkness' the candidate is
supposed to move into the light which will come from being shown
the secret mysteries of Freemasonry.

However ALbert Pike in 'Morals and Dogma' page 104-105 states:-

"Masonry like all the religions, Hermeticism and Alchemy,
conceals its secrets from all except the Adepts and Sages,
or the Elect, and uses false explanations and
misinterpretations of its symbols to mislead those who
deserve only to be misled; to conceal the truth which it
calls light, from them, and to draw them away from it."

What is this light really?

According to Pike on page 321 of Morals and Dogma:-

"Lucifer the light bearer!...Lucifer, the Son of the
Morning! Is it he who bears the light?... Doubt it not!"

MASONIC GOD - LUCIFER

From 'Morals and Dogma of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite
of Freemasonry' 1966 page 26O by Albert Pike 33 deg explains
more fully:

" That which we must say to the crowd is:

'We worship a god, but it is the god that one adores
without superstitions.

'To you Sovereign Grand Inspectors General we say this,
that you may repeat it to the brethren of the 32 nd,
31 st. and 30th degrees:

'The masonic religion should by all of us innitiates of the
high degrees, be maintained in the purity of Luciferian
doctrine'.

'If Lucifer were not God, would Adonay (Jesus, God of the
Christians) whose deeds prove his cruelty, perfidy and
hatred of man, barbarism and repulsion of science, would
Adonay and his priests calumniate him?" (Bother to spread
false and harmful statements about Him)?'

'Yes Lucifer is God and unfortunately Adonay is also God.

"....That is why the intelligent disciples of Zoroaster, as
well as, after them, the Gnostics, the Manicheans, and the
Templars have admitted, as the only logical metaphysical
conception, the system of the two divine principals
fighting eternally, and one cannot believe the one
inferior in power to the other.

...the true and pure philosophic religion is the belief in
Lucifer, the equal of Adonay; but Lucifer, the God of light
and God of good, is struggling for humanity against Adonay,
the god of darkness and Evil"".

In order to justify this severely flawed notion, Freemasons of
the 33rd degree quote from Revelations 22 verse 16:-

"I Jesus have sent my angel to testify unto you these
things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of
David, and the bright and morning star."

then they quote from Isiah 14 verse 12:-

"How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the
morning!"

The argument then is "See - same thing" in what must be the most
gross quotation out of context in existence, for verse 13, the
very next verse states:-

"For thou hast said in thy heart, I will ascend into
heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God."
THE WITCHCRAFT CONNECTION

William Schnoebelen an ex - 32nd degree Mason and ex- Wicca
practitioner and occultist states the following on page 204 of
his book 'Masonry Beyond the Light' :-

"There is something about the Lodge that has always
attracted sorcerers. The list of occultists and witches in
the last century who were freemasons read like a Who's Who
of 20th century occultism:

* Arthur Edward Waite - occult writer and masonic
historian

* Dr. Wynn Westcott - member of the Societas
Rosicruciana in Anglia and founding member of the
occult Order of the Golden Dawn

* Alleister Crowley - master satanist of this century
and founder of the antichrist religion of Thelema.

* Dr. Gerard Encausse'- (Papus) masterful author,
teacher of the Tarot and leader of the occult
Martinistes society

* George Pickingill - the master warlock ( male witch)
of the 19th century England, leader of the "Pickingill
Covens"

· Annie Besant - leader of the occult Theosophical Society

   and Co-Masonic Hierachy (Yes, there are female
   Masons!)

* Alice Bailey - founder of the New Age organizations,
Lucis (formerly Lucifer) Trust.

* Bishop C. W. Leadbetter - Theosophist, mentor to the
failed New Age "Christ", Krishnamurti, and prelate in
the occult liberal Catholic Church.

* Manly P Hall - Rosicrucian adept, author, founder of
the Philosophical Research Society

* Gerald B. Gardiner - founder of the modern Wiccan (
white Witchcraft) revival

* Alex Sanders - self styled, "King of the Witches" in
London and one of the most influential leaders of
Wicca after Gardiner.

Would you really wish to belong to an organization that
welcomed these powerful sorcerers into its midst with open
arms?

In addition there are the many minor occultists (as I was),
who are in the lodge, drawn by its mysterious power.

There is real reason for this strong affinity between
Masonry and witchcraft. It is because the Lodge is plugged
into an international network of witchcraft,"

SIMILARITIES BETWEEN FREEMASONRY, THE OCCULT AND SATANISM

There are many similarities between Satanic witchcraft and
Freemasonry:-

Both are heavily laden with symbolry and ritual

In both access to the organization is by recommendation
only

In both the innitiate is blindfolded and led around with a
rope (a cable tow) around his/her neck

In both a sharp object is held against the innitiates naked
breast and he/she is made to swear that he will divulge
none of the secrets of the order at pains of death

In both death oaths are sworn

In both the initiate is supposedly brought 'from darkness
into light'

In both the words 'so mote it be' feature prominently in
the rituals.

In both there is a search for the true name of God.

In both Lucifer is proclaimed as the God of light and the
true God

In both the pentagram, the triangle in the circle, the
trapezium and various other occultic symbols feature
prominently in the symbolry

Both contain rituals of burial and resurrection..

Both have babtism ceremonies - in witchcraft a babtism in
blood and in Masonry it is simply referred to as a babtism
or 'lustration' rather, into wisdom

Both use an altar as the central part of their meeting
place

Both have a ceremony Holy Communion type ritual - in
Satanic ritual it involves the drinking of blood from
a scull and in Masonry in the York rites Knights Templar
(KT) degree The candidate drinks an undisclosed (sealed)
libation from a human skull

The lodge layout and its symbolism simply oozes satanism as can
be seen from the illustrations overleaf

THE KNIGHTS TEMPLAR

From 'An Encyclopedia of Religion' by Vergilius Ferm page 420 we
read under 'Knights Templar':-

"The name of this congregation was derived from the
fact that their first house was a part of Baldwin's
palace lying next to the former mosque of al-Akra, the
so-called 'Temple of Solomon'..they were subject only
to their own Grand Master and the Pope... The power
of the Templars grew swiftly, not so much because of
their large land holdings as because they became
notable international bankers, and their temple in
Paris became the centre of the world's money market.
the role of international financiers fell quite
naturally to them since the Templars' strongholds were
scattered throughout both the East and the West, and
made exchange with the East possible.... Upon the
suppression of the order most of the templars entered
the ranks of their former rivals 'The Hospitallers'

Under 'Hospitallers' on page 346 we read:-

"Hospitallers: used in a general sense to designate those
whose religious vocation involved the care, in hospitals,
of the aged , the homeless, orphans and the sick."

To this day the main thrust of Freemasonry's benevolent or
charitable work is in hospitals.

Under 'Freemasonry' on page 289 we read:-

"Much of the occult lore of the middle ages ( Alchemy, the
Kabbalah, Templary, etc.) has left an imprint on the order,
especially in the higher degrees.....culminating
respectively in the 32nd and Knights Templar degrees.

Freemasonry is to this day still intimately linked to the world
bankers through the Kabbalistic Jews that make up the 'Learned
Elders'

under Kabbalah on page 412 we read:-

"Kabbalah: ( Heb. 'Kabel' - to receive, hence tradition)
the esoteric mystical lore of Judaism based upon occult
interpretation of the Bible and handed down as secret
doctrine to the initiated.....From Babylonia the centre of
Kabbalah moved in the ninth and tenth centuries, to italy,
Spain, the provence and Germany.... To this period belong
the Kabbalistic classics...'Sefer ha-Bahir' (the Luminous
Book)... the very epitome of Jewish mysticism was the
Zohar.....The central themes of Kabbalah are the nature of
the deity - the 'En sof' ( the limitless one)... Kabbalah
employed a characteristic exegetical technique which gave
it great freedom and scope....Thus the bible was
interpreted not only literally, allegorically,
homiletically and anagogically, but also through the
devices of the Gematria (the interpretation of the word
according to the numerical value of its letters), Notarikon
(taking each letter of a word as the initial of some other
word), Temurah ( substituting one letter for another) and
Tziruf or Chiluf ( transposing the letters -anagram). Thus
the Kabbalah never felt the constraint of the 'letter which
killeth'..

The results of this are described under Zohar on page 842

"The body of the Zohar is interspersed and supplemented
with special tracts and dissertations which together form
an unsystematic and frequently contradictory compendium of
Jewish mystic lore."

To show how just one of these techniques can be used to twist
the true meaning of words using the 'Gematria' the following
results displayed overleaf can be obtained. These were copied
from a book entitled 'Secrets of the Pyramids' in the Durban
Public library.


William Schnoebelen an ex - 32nd degree Mason on page 66 of his
book 'Masonry Beyond the Light' describes the ritual in this
degree as follows:-

"There is part of Freemasonry which requires a person
to be a nominal Christian to join. This is the Commandery,
the Knights Templar (KT). It is the pinnacle of the York
Rite....It is the one degree where the prayers are offered
in Jesus's name and the cross is part of the symbolism"

"The high point of the KT initiation is when the candidate
is brought before a large, triangular table covered in
black velvet illuminated by candles and containing eleven
silver goblets and a human skull enthroned on the bible
(skulls figure prominently throughout the initiation)

"This is intended to be the Last supper. It seems but a
grim mockery though. The visual effect is more satanic than
Christian

"The candidate is told to partake of five libations... the
fifth is the most sinister of all. the candidate is never
told to whom this libation is drunk (it is sealed) and it
is offered to him out of the human skull! he is told by the
"Eminent Commander" to repeat a short oath which says in
part:

"As the sins of the whole world were once visited upon
the head of our Savior, so may all the sins of the
person whose skull this once was, in addition to my
own, be heaped upon my head, and may this libation
appear in judgment against me, should I ever knowingly
of willingly violate my most solemn vow of a Knight
Templar, so help me God"

"To 'sell back" to Satan, under this solemn oath, sins that
Jesus died for already, is an incredibly heinous slap in
the face to the very Lord the templars profess to
venerate!"

"Though most who take this oath do not understand what they
have said, and think it is a light and frivolous thing to
do, its spiritual consequences are devastating!.. Paul
warns that:

Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread and drink
this cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of
the body and the blood of the lord (I Corinthians
11:27)
Baphomet - the god of Freemasonry

The origin of the Knight Templar degree can be traced to a man
called Jaques De Molay. Under the word 'Baphomet' in 'The Royal
Masonic Encyclopedia' on page 67 we find the following:-

What can one make of this but Satanism.

MASONIC OATHS

Masons will aver that Masonry is not a Secret Society or
organization, as their existence is well known, rather they are
a society of secret truths. This is true as Masons swear oaths
at each level of their advancement through Freemasonry that they
will not reveal the secrets they are about to hear. Moreover,
one can join the order by invitation only.

However a closer look at the oaths raises several obvious
questions at law.

Sworn to persecute

Masons are sworn to persecute unto death anyone who violates

Masonic obligation. In the oath of the THRICE ILLUSTRIOUS
ORDER OF THE CROSS, the candidate swears, as follows,: "Light on
Masonry," eighth edition, page 199: as quoted in "The Character,
Claims and Practical Workings of Freemasonry by Rev. C.G. Finney
page 102, 103 and 106

"you further swear, that should you know another to
violate any essential point of this obligation, you will
use your most decided endeavors, by the blessing of God, to
bring such person to the strictest and most condign
punishment , agreeable to the rules and usages of our
ancient fraternity; and this, by the pointing him out to
the world as an unworthy vagabond, by opposing his
interest , by deranging his business , by transferring his
character after him wherever he may go, and by exposing him
to the contempt of the whole fraternity and of the world,
during his whole natural life."

The penalty of this obligation is as follows:

"To all and every part thereof we then bind you, and by
ancient usage you bind yourself, under the no less infamous
penalty than dying the death of a traitor, by having a
spear, or other sharp instruments, like our Divine Master,
thrust into your left side, bearing testimony, even in
death, to the power and justice of the mark of the Holy
Cross"

In the degree of Knights Adepts of the Eagle or Sun , we have the
following: "Light on Masonry," eighth edition, page 269,

" The man peeping .

By the man you saw peeping, and who was discovered, and
seized, and conducted to death , is an emblem of those who
come to be initiated into our sacred mysteries through a
motive of curiosity ; and if so indiscreet as to divulge
their obligations, WE ARE BOUND TO CAUSE THEIR

DEATH , AND TAKE VENGEANCE ON THE

TREASON BY THE DESTRUCTION OF THE TRAITORS!!!.
THE MASTER MASON SWEARS

From 'Freemasonry" By Rev C. Finney page 44

" I will obey all regular signs , summonses , or tokens ,
given , handed , sent , or thrown to me from the hand of a
brother Master Mason "

and

" a Master Mason's secrets , given to me in charge as such,
and I knowing them to be such , shall remain as secure and
invioble in my breast as in his own, when communicated to me,

murder and treason excepted , and they left to my own
election. " (Freemasonry by Finney page 44 )

THE ROYAL ARCH MASONS OATH

On Page 142 to 145 it states that in the Royal Arch Degree the
candidate swears that

"I furthermore Promise and Swear that I will keep all
secrets of a companion Royal Arch Mason when communicated
to me as such, or I knowing them to be such, without
exceptions.

"I will aid and assist a companion Royal Arch Mason when
engaged in any difficulty ; and espouse his cause so far as
to extricate him from same, if in my power, whether he be
right or wrong "

The current handbooks for Freemasons sold at 'Masonic Suppliers'
in Durban, are 'The Scottish Workings of Craft Masonry"
published by A Lewis (Masonic Publishers) Ltd, Surrey, 1982
edition

and

'The Complete Workings of and Craft Freemasonry' by the same
publishers.

In these the oaths are even more explicit in that the Master
Mason is tasked to:

' travel through dangers and difficulties to unite with his
in forming a column of mutual defense and support.' and 'I
solemnly swear to observe without evasion, equivocation, or
mental reservation of any kind

under no less a penalty that of having my body severed in
twain, my bowels taken from thence and burned to ashes, the
ashes scattered to the four winds of heaven, so that no
more trace or remembrance may be had of so vile and
perjured a wretch as I, should I ever knowingly or
willingly violate this my solemn obligation as a master
mason. So help me God, and keep me steadfast in the due
performance of same."

OATHS IMPLEMENTED

Quote from Behold a Pale Horse by Milton William Coopers ISBN
929385-22-5, pg 75:-

"In 1826 an American freemason wrote a book revealing
Masonic secrets entitled 'Illustrations of Freemasonry'.
One of the secrets that he revealed is that the last
mystery at the top of the masonic pyramid is the worship of
Lucifer. We have since learned the secret of the "story of
Hiram Abif'. Hiram Abif represents intelligence, liberty
and truth, and was struck down by a blow to the neck with a
rule, representing the suppression of speech by the church;
then he was struck in the heart with the square,
representing the suppression of belief by the state; and
finally he was struck in the head by a maul, representing
the suppression of the intellect by the masses. Freemasonry
thus equates the church , the state, and the masses with
tyranny, intolerance, and ignorance. What Morgan revealed
was that Freemasons were pledged to avenge Hiram Abif and

"Morgan caused a small uproar against Masons. The small
uproar turned into a full blown anti-Freemason Movement
when the author William Morgan disappeared. Morgan had
apparently been abducted and drowned in lake Ontario. It
was alleged that fellow Masons had done it, a claim that
they deny to this day. Who else would have done it? I
believe they murdered him. The newspapers of the time state
without reservation that he was murdered by Masons. The
oath of initiation into Freemasonry states that if secrets
are told, the innitiate will be murdered. A nationwide
furor ensued that resulted in the formation of a political
party in 1829 by Henry Dana Ward, Thurlow Weed, and William
H. Steward.'

We know that British Freemasons are a totally self serving
group that discriminate in favour of its own whenever jobs,
promotions, contracts or careers are concerned...... the 33
rd degree is split into two. One split contains the core of
the Luciferian Illuminati and the other contains those who
have no knowledge of it whatsoever........ Most members are
not aware that the Illuminati practices what is known as
'secrets within secrets' , or organizations within
organizations. That is one purpose of initiation. I cannot
excuse any of the members, however, for any one who joins a
society without knowing everything about the organization

SOUTH AFRICA ON A POINT OF ORDER (refers to fists book)

Stephen Knight in his book 'The Brotherhood' gives a clear
description of how this is done on pages 146 to 149 as
illustrated overleaf:-

The ticks in the margin were inserted by myself as I
recognized how virtually each and every tactic had with
deadly accuracy been used against me. All the elements are
present in my cases before the courts complete with signs tokens
( summonses) sent to through my court papers:-

I am obviously a target:-

I asked to have my name removed from the Masonic record

I have learnt their secrets and exposed their oaths and
therefore I must be 'a man peeping' and deserve death

I am therefore 'another' who has 'violated their
obligations' and therefore deserve to be brought to 'the
strictest and most condign punishment ' and this, by 'the
pointing him out to the world as an unworthy vagabond, by
opposing his interest , by deranging his business , by
transferring his character after him wherever he may go,
and by exposing him to the contempt of the whole fraternity
and of the world' all of which has been successfully
achieved

I have claims and counterclaims totalling over
R 9,000,000.00 against several Freemasons involving a bank
and Portnet. Freemasons are they are avowed to protect one
another 'without evasion, equivocation, or mental
reservation of any kind'

Solicitors got me involved in legal matters, caused endless
delays, ignored my instructions, misled me and ran up
immense bills. They went further and failed to notify me of
the dates of hearings, then they ran away with my court
papers. Subsequently my court papers have disappeared on
no less than 5 occasions! they took trivial technical
points at law, committed perjury in court, tampered with
court files and or involved with grossly irregular and
suspicious proceedings. Advocates, Registrars, Magistrates
and even Judges are implicated.

My bankers foreclosed illegally some three years ago. To
this day I still do not have all my bank statements! The
bank manager committed 30 odd acts of fraud and then used
that to blacklist me with all the other banks in the
country!

My lawyers failed to bring my counterclaims as instructed!

I was sequestrated based on the above totally
unsubstantiated, unchallenged and spurious claims. This
process was facilitated by the removal of some 300 pages of
evidence from the court files.

I was disqualified from having Legal Aid because of the
order.

The Judge that heard the matter should have recused
himself because of a conflict of interest and did'nt!

All told there have been such gross irregularities that a
member of the Senate and the Judicial service Commission
considers it "irrefutable evidence that goes to the very
root of the system of justice". Several members of
parliament are preparing to raise the question in
Parliament.

I was forced into destitution through several methods:-
Business licenses and information was illegally withheld
from me and still are to this day. Officials made several
misrepresentations and tried to force me into litigation
for nonpayment of bills whilst refusing to accept money,
whether bank guaranteed or in cash.

The media resolutely refuses to touch the story. Not
surprising as the media tycoons are all Freemasons, one is
even a self confessed Jesuit!

I am being investigated by private Investigators, followed
around and have had my phone tapped.

Attempts were even made to force me to move the yacht I
live into an area where it was sure to sink.

My insurance broker let me down with underwriters, then his
friend laid a totally ridiculous and far fetched salvage
claim against the vessel, arresting it without a hearing.
When I tried to oppose an order which stopped me from
appearing in court, every technicality was employed to stop
the real facts from being argued.

I have had death threats, however, if they kill me now
there is a 5 hour TV documentary and a book that will
immediately rocket to best seller status as these stifled
facts will burst for in the international media as the best
evidence of to what lengths Masonic collusion can go!

Several other cases in Durban alone tell similar stories, they
are all documented backed up and stashed away like this one.

I now also know how Masons are murdered who do not carry out
orders. They are murdered through the planting of highly radio
active material in their telephones and under their beds,
causing fast acting out of control terminal tumors that kill in
the space of about a year and a half. The research surrounding
this is extensive and still being compiled. Moreover I now know
of several persons who were killed in this way.

QUESTION

The question is whether the law can just stand by and watch how
my fundamental rights are being totally ignored right under the
Judiciary's noses.


THE LEARNED ELDERS IN CONTROL OF FREEMASONRY

I discovered that Freemasons are dangerously coerced by others:-

From "World Conquest through World Government" by Victor E.
Marsden, which was put out by Britons Publishing Company in
1969 which contains 'The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion
we read:-

MASONS
In protocol no 4 paragraph two , page 30 we read:

"Gentile masonry blindly serves as a screen for us and our
objects"

Protocol 11 page 50:

".. secret Masonry which is not known to, and whose aims
are not even so much as suspected by, these goy cattle
attracted by us into the 'show' army of masonic lodges in
order to throw dust in the eyes of their fellows"

Protocol 15 page 60

"we shall create and multiply free masonic lodges in all
the countries of the world, absorb into them all who may
become or who are prominent in public activity, for in
these lodges we shall find our principal intelligence
office and means of influence. All these lodges we shall
bring under one central administration, known to us alone
and to all others absolutely unknown, which will be
composed of our learned elders."

"The class of people who most willingly enter secret
societies are those who live by their wits, careerists, and
in general, people, mostly light minded, with whom we shall
have no difficulty in dealing and in using to wind up the
mechanism of the machine devised by us.... It is natural
that we and no other should lead masonic activities."

"The goyim enter the lodges out of curiosity or in the hope
of getting a nibble from the public pie, and some of them
in order to obtain a hearing before the public for their
impracticable and groundless fantasies: they thirst for
applause, of which we are remarkably generous. And the
reason why we give them this success is to make use of the
high conceit of themselves to which it gives birth....

"we execute masons in such wise that none save the
brotherhood can ever have a suspicion of it, not even the
victims themselves of our death sentence, they all die when
required as if from a normal illness... knowing this, even
the brotherhood in its turn dare not protest. By such
methods we have plucked out of the midst of masonry the
very root of protest against our disposition."

THE MASONIC ORGANIZATIONAL PYRAMID/TRAPEZIUM

It is generally understood that the order consist of 3 degrees
called the blue degrees followed by degrees up to the 33rd
degree in Scottish Freemasonry and various others orders (9) in
English and Irish Masonry. However the Masonic structure is
actually far more extensive than that. In this respect I refer
to the illustrations overleaf, in particular the illustration of
the 'Masonic Hierarchy'

Trapezoid

Most if not all 33rd degree Masons know about the Order of the
Trapezoid which follows their 'Supreme Council of Sovereign
Inspectors General.' Under this order falls 'The Shriners' - an
order with direct links to Islam. Yes Muslims are also duped
into becomming Freemasons - they simply swear their oaths on the
Koran!

Ancient and Primitive Rite

Few Masons however, realized that there are 'esoteric degrees in
Freemasonry, sometimes referred to as the Ancient and Primitive
Rite, which will take the candidate to the 97th degree and some
might in fact have been successfully hoodwinked into thinking
that the Rite is long since not in existence as it was last
practiced many decades ago in Europe only.

Schnoebelen writes on page 203 of his book:-

"Once I entered the Knights templar (the equivalent of
the 32nd degree in the Scottish Rite) I was considered
"worthy" of the European Masonic degrees. My progression
through those degrees was fraught with strange innitiations
too awful to recount. In a gradual deadening of my
conscience, I was brought through the Egyptian Rites of
Masonry and received the 90th degree, a level few US Masons
are even aware of!"

Ordo Templi Orientis

No Freemasonry offers far more; following the 97th degree there
is the Ordo Templi Orientis a purely occultic order with direct
links to oriental occult practices in the Eastern countries such
as Japan and China, and thereafter:-

The Palladium

Albert Pike wrote to Guiseppi Mazzini in a letter dated 22
January 1870, which letter was published in a book called
'Occult Theocracy' by Lady Queenborough on pages 208 - 209:-

"We must create a super rite, which will remain unknown, to
which we will call those masons of high degree whom we
shall select. With regard to our brothers in masonry these
men must be pledged to the strictest secrecy. Through this
supreme rite we will govern all freemasonry which will

become the one international centre, the most powerful
because its direction will be unknown."

ad 5 pages from orginizational structure

Historian Edith Starr Miller quoted in Occult Theocracy pg 216
- 217 states:-

"The Holy See of the Dogma for the whole Masonic world was
set up at Charlestown, the sacred city of the Palladium.
Pike the Sovereign Pontiff of Lucifer, was the president of
the Supreme Dogmatic Ddirectory, composed of the ten
brothers of the highest grades who formed the Supreme
College of Emeritus Masons. The Sovereign Executive
directory of High Masonry was established at Rome under
Mazzini himself"

The illuminati

The palladium is followed by the Illuminati.

From 'Satans Angels Exposed' by Salem Kirban in conjunction with
Dr. Gary G. Cohen pg 147-150 we read:-

"The order of the Illuminati was founded on 1 May 1776 by
Dr. Adam Weishaupt. Dr. Weishaupt was professor of Canon
Law at the University of Ingolstadt in Bavaria. Weishaupt,
although born a Jew, was a convert to Roman Catholicism. He
became a Jesuit priest only to break with that order to
form his own organization... In 1779 he divided his secret
organization into three classes: Novice, Minerval and
Illuminated Minerval.... by the time a member had
reached the grade of Illuminated Minerval he learned
the ultimate aims of the order:"

1 Abolition of ordered government
2 Abolition of private property
3 Abolition of inheritance
4 Abolition of patriotism
5 Abolition of religion
6 Abolition of the family (via abolition of
marriage)
7 Creation of a world government

Weishaupt wrote to his chief assistant, Cato:

'The most admirable thing of it all is that great
protestant and reformed theologians (Lutherans and
Calvinists) who belong to our order really believe
they see in it the true and genuine mind of Christian
religion. Oh man, what can not you be brought to
believe?' thse people swell our numbers and fill our
treasury; get busy and make these people nibble at our
bait.... but do not tell them our secrets. they must
be made to believe that the low degree that they have
reached is the highest

"Weishaupt gradually infiltrated the Freemasons. On july 16
1782 at the congress of Wilhelmsbad, an alliance between
illuminism and Freemasonry was finally sealed. On that day
the leading secret societies were infiltrated, and to some
degree united... more than 3 Million members! "

on page 153 of Mr. Kirban's book we read:-

"Dr. Adam Weishaupt, founder of the order of the Illuminati
adopted the All Seeing Eye symbol at the time he founded
his Order on May 1 1776. The symbol is a pyramid with its
top triangular stone being an eye. This symbol is found on
the back of the United states $1 bill. At the base of the
pyramid is the date 1776. Many in error, believe this
refers to the date of the signing of the Declaration of
Independence. This is not solely true. It refers also,
according to many, to the date Weishaupt founded the order
of the Illuminati.

One Dollar Bill

On July 4, 1776 Thomas Jefferson and John Adams (both
Freemasons) and Benjamin Franklin (a Rosicrucian) were
commissioned to design a seal for the American One dollar Bill
under the federal reserve system. Today that bill carries all
the symbols of the illuminati and the Masons as illustrated :-

It has the face of Washington

It has the "G" of masonry to the left of the face. The G
stands for the Great Architect of the Universe (GAOTU) or
the Great Geometrician

to the right of the face is a seal containing a square with
13 stars in it a scale and a key denoting the scales of
justice and the Key to Illumination or of the Pope, the
choice is yours.

On the reverse is the all seeing eye of Horus ( or Orsiris,
the son of the Egyptian Goddess of the resurrection Isis
who was worshipped through a ceremony involving a wafer)
over a trapezium containing 13 levels and with the date of
the formation of the Illuminati at its base and not the
date of American independentce as is commonly believed. The
wording around it means 'Annuit Coeptus' - Announcing the
birth of - 'Novus Ordo Seclorium' - a New Order which is
Secular.

The eagle (which started off as a phoenix) holds 13
arrows, a sprig with 13 leaves and 13 olives, has 13 stars
in the shape of the templars cross over its head, has 33
wing feathers. There are 33 wing feathers (33 degrees in
Masonry) and nine tail feathers (The 9 unknown men). Note
also that 13 is a prominent Kabbalistic and Satanistic
number.

Washington DC

George Washington wore his Masonic regalia when he laid the
cornerstone for Washington city. The original plans for the city
streets were such that the symbols of Masonry were clearly
discernible from their layout. To this day the square and
compass, the Templars star and the pentagram can be seen in the
streets from satellite photographs of the city. Canberra, the
capitol of Australia is the same as it was designed by Sir
Burley Griffin a famous masonic city planner.

Many influential people are Masons

In fact many church boards contain and in some instances are
made up entirely of Masons. Whilst papal bulls where at one
time put out against masonry ( Pope Leo VIII 1884 ) the current
Pope of the Catholic Church is today a Mason as is the Jesuit
General of the Vatican. Dr. Alberto Rivero claims that Ignatius
De Loyola (the founder of the Jesuits who actively practices
what he called contemplation, visualization, illumination and
levitation) was actually responsible for the formulation of the
Masonic rites and that he was instrumental in the formation of
the Illuminati through Adam Weishaupt (Who was himself under the
extreme oath of the Jesuits) on May 1 1776, in order to make the
world believe that there was no connection between the Masonic
order, the Illuminati and the Vatican.

David Yallop's book 'In Gods Name' clearly establishes links
between the Vatican Bank, the Italian P2 Masonic lodge and the
Illuminati.

Committee of 300

In his book entitled, Conspiracy hierarchy and the Committee of
300, Dr. John Coleman outlines the workings and lists the
membership of the Committee of 300. I have attached an
organizational diagram overleaf.

When a reporter asked Gerald R Ford why two meetings of the
Bilderbergers that he had attended were secret he replied:-

"I'm also a 33rd degree Mason and a member of Delta

Kappa Epsilon, Phi Delta Phi and Michigamus..all secret
societies"

It is perhaps interesting to note that the Committee of 300 is
simply a development of the Bilderbergers. One can only wonder
of what the organizations he has quoted are also just further

are some 4 Million Masons in the USA alone.

Tens of thousands in South Africa

In South Africa there are literally hundreds of lodges scattered
all over the country with membership that runs into the
hundreds of thousands. There are some 158 lodges listed in the
Durban Council directory alone. At only a 100 members per lodge
that amounts to just under 16,000 members!


The City Police openly favour Masons under the Criminal
Procedure Act. From document no Doc 279E Standing Orders

18 Members of the Force shall belong to no political or
secret society, except those of Freemasons, Good

Masons everywhere making Illuminists

Masons are also most prevalent in Europe and in Australasia.
Moreover there is a strong masonic brotherhood in eastern
countries such as Japan and in Muslim countries.

THE NEW WORLD ORDER

For a clear link between Freemasonry, the Illuminati, the
organizations mention above one could hardly refer to a better
book than 'En Route to Global Occupation' by Gary Kah, a high
ranking USA Government liaison, winner of myriads of scholastic
awards and listed as one of the Who's Who of Emerging Leaders in
America.

The essence of the book is that there is in existence a new
World order in such an advanced stage of planning, precisely
accurate in relation to the Protocols of Zion and the aims of
the Illuminati. There is already in existence a 'Provisional
World Government' for that purpose. In this respect I refer to
copies of the documents overleaf. Note that the leader of the
IFP, Chief Minister Mangasuthu Buthelezi is an Honourary sponsor
of this organization. Note also that Bishop Tutu, South Africa's
leading proponent of Liberation theology and self confessed
socialist is also an honourary sponsor as are various Chief
justices and legal experts from neighbouring states and South
Africa.

Our leaders all speak freely of this fact and the fact is
even portrayed in the preamble of our interim Constitution.
president George Bush gave it clearest vent on January 29 1991
when he gave his state of the union address in which he said:-

"As further example of the establishment's dominance of the
major training schools, there are a total of 69 CFR members
on the faculty at the University of Chicago, 58 at
Princetown, and 30 at Harvard....We can find meaning and
reward by serving some higher purpose than ourselves - a

order, where diverse nations are drawn together in common
cause to achieve the universal aspirations of mankind....
The world can therefore seize this opportunity to fulfill
the long-held promise of of a new world order... yes
the Unites states bears a major share of the leadership in
this effort"

Minister Pik Botha in his debate with Tabo Mbeki on the
television program Agenda just before the elections repeatedly
told Mr. Mbeki "the New World order will not allow that"

Subsequent to that the government of National Unity has on
several occasions made similar averments through various
individuals. Gradually, through gradualism we are being
conditioned to accept the term.

Financial institutions

The Reserve Bank of South Africa is a private enterprise and not
public as is commonly believed. It is certainly a financial
institution.

Anglo American make up some 50% of the shares of the South
African Stock exchange. No doubt a financial institution.

Telcom, Tolcom, Portnet, Propnet, Transnet etc. are all
supposedly privitised, however the government own the majority
shareholding. What is not generally known is that through a
system of international agreements and clever share issues these
institutions are in fact owned by the massive overseas lending
institutions such as the International Monetary Fund (IMF), The
World Bank, the Bank of International Settlements (BIS) etc.
There are 'Conditionalities Contracts' involved that affect our
very political philosophy and freedoms in this nation.

What I am leading to is that the banks are now allowed to trade
on the JSE. I understand the ordinary broker will all but
disappear from the scene on the JSE.

From the above it is pretty clear that the local banks and Anglo
American run our economy and the international banks our entire
infrastructure and the Reserve Bank

The Maintenance and Promotion of Competition Act has under it a
body called the Business Practices Committee, which is to see to
it that there are no monopolies. However the chairman of this
board is also on the board of Portnet. Therefore any complaint
against Portnet will fall on deaf ears. This has indeed already
happened. A Charter operator in durban put in a complaint to the
Board which implicated Portnet saying that the evidence is to
voluminous to supply. He discovered the conflict of interests
described above and wrote a letter asking for a clarification of
the situation. he later received a letters saying that after the
board had studied all the evidence it found that there was no
cause of complaint. The charter operator wanted to know when
they actually viewed the evidence and if it perhaps was the
board that broke into his office. No response - media blackout.
I wonder if anyone has any idea how serious this is - what
consequences it holds?

Ronald Nash in his book "Liberation Theology" says:-

"It is not the market but governments that create
monopolies by granting organizations the exclusive
privilege of doing business or by establishing de facto
monopolies through regulatory agencies whose purpose it the
encouragement of competition but whose end result is the
restriction of competition."

Public enterprise

All up I would say that the notion of public enterprise insofar
it being free and unfettered, unmanipulated and unoppressed
amounts to a most unrealistic idea in the light of the above
hard facts.

What we should be looking at is the nature and aims of those who
control our economy.

For that answer we need to look from the top down - get a birds
eye view instead of a worms eye view so to speak.

A very small group of people control the major world lending
institutions. The Rockefeller's and the Rothschild's, the CFR ,
the World bank etc. the UN and the EC. They decide our future.

The investors have a lot to say too and one of them is the most
powerful money spinner in the world - the Vatican.

Massive topic

This topic is massive and information is surprisingly scarce and
sometimes most obscure, and that in itself raises a question.

For a detailed study of what the views and aims of these groups
one would have to undertake massive research. A good summary of
this can be found in a publication called ' The Winds of Change '
put out by the ACDP.

Another document which sheds an amazing amount of light entitled
" The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion " which is banned in
all Communist countries and in SA but not in any country from
which our constitution is compiled.


Democracy and the Character of the state

Our Interim constitution is made up of constitutions from
Western democracies such as Canada, The USA, Holland, new
Zealand, Australia, the UK etc.

It states on several occasions especially in article 35 that a

"Court of law shall promote the values that underlie an
open and democratic society based on freedom and equality"

".... shall have due regard to foreign case law and"
"..... shall have due regard to the spirit purport and
objects of this chapter"

which is of course the chapter on Fundamental Human rights

This Constitutional law binds the state and Government as it
states in Article 4:-

"This constitution shall bind all legislative, executive
and judicial organs of state at all levels of government"

So it seems pretty clear that we we are in law at least firmly a
democracy.

The question however, is: What are we in practice?

You see the law is useless if it is not applied or if it cannot
be applied.

The Interim constitution repeatedly gives guidelines to judges
in that they are charged to act "in the public interest" . Where
the national interest could affect the public and where a ruling
would upset the national interest a judge would have to take
that into consideration when acting in the pubic interest. After
all the preamble of the Constitution seems to make that quite
clear as it states:-

We the people of South Africa declare that:-

WHEREAS there is a need to create a new order in which
all South Africans will be entitled to a common South
African citizenship in a sovereign and democratic
constitutional state in which there is equality
between men and women and people of all races so that
all citizens shall be able to enjoy and exercise
their fundamental rights and freedoms.

AND WHEREAS it is necessary for such purposes that
provisions should be made for the promotion of
national unity and the restructuring andv continued
governance of South Africa while an elected
Constitutional Assembly draws up a final
Constitution."

So the question then has ultimately to do with the 'national
interest' and that has to do with the 'character of the state'.

If the state is entirely autonomous as we are led to believe
then it can obviously implement democracy in an unfettered
fashion - completely in line with our chapter on Human rights
and the judges do not have to consider foreign influences that
might affect our autonomy.

However where our nations autonomy is affected by outside
forces which may be hostile to certain of the rights which
stand to be exercised under our chapter on human rights, then
adjustments will need to be made and judges will have to start
acting for the good of the nation as a whole and not necessarily
just the individual. However,:-

There is virtually no nation in the world which is not
interdependent on other nation states. Our leaders
constantly talk about a 'Community of States' and 'a New
World Order'. It is clear that there are international
problems, goals and philosophies that govern how
independent states are run - our history is perhaps the
best evidence of that.

Moreover, South Africa is indebted to The International
Monetary Fund, the World Bank, the Bank of International
Settlements and to various other nations. Most of these
agreements contain Conditionalities clauses, which regulate
how we are to act and on what conditions the loans are
made. If we were to revert to apartheid for example, most
of these loans will be called up and we would revert to a
situation of sanctions.

Therefore the character of the state must be measured
internationally and not nationally. It must be measured
along the philosophy of an international community of
states - a New World order...

We would need to look at the goals of the UN the European
Community and the British Commonwealth (especially now the
Queen has so firmly entrenched us there) and little known
organizations such as The provisional World government.

Common to most of these bodies is the idea of the secular state,
which as you may know has been raised by the SACP/ANC alliance
in Parliament.

This is where the ACDP have raised a question which should be of
concern to any religion wanting to keep its freedom under
Section 14 of the Interim Constitution.

Under the Constitution if one religion ended up oppressing
another or infringing on its freedom this would be undemocratic.

Secular Humanism is in fact such a religion in nature .

This is amply supported by the fact that the believers in
Secular Humanism through the 'Lucis Trust' and the Dewey
Corporation, which fall under the control have, inter alia, all
but banned all writings of Creation Scientists from public
schools, and instead propagate, only the theory of Evolution..
GRADUALISM IN EDUCATION

This process has found its major success in our education
system.

It is no secret that our educational models are simply
inexorably dragged along by the USA who are the leaders in the
field. The USA's General Education Board set up and financed by
John D Rockefeller has made its aims quite clear. Frederick T
Gates revealed the Rockefeller philosophy in the boards
"Occasional Letter, No 1":-

"In our dreams we have limitless resources and the people
yield themselves with perfect docility to our moulding
hands. The present educational conventions fade from our
minds, and unhampered by tradition, we work our own good
will upon a grateful and responsive rural folk"

In Gary Allen's 'En Route To Global Occupation' page 60 he
writes:-

"Dewey, who became known as "the father of progressive
education" went on to influence the thinking of American
educators more than any other individual. What few people
today realize about Dewey is that he was one of America's
leading athiests He wrote:

'There is no god and no soul. Hence, there are no
needs for the props of traditional religion. With
dogma and creed excluded, then immutable
(unchangeable) truth is also dead and buried. There is
no room for fixed natural law or permanent moral
absolutes.'

"Traditional teachers, who had strongly resisted Deweyism
were swamped by education propagandists backed by millions
of Rockefeller-Carnegie dollars. The National education
Association (NEA), the county's chief education lobby, was
also being financed largely by the Rockefeller and Carnegie
foundations. By 1934 the NEA adopted John Dewey's
philosophy of humanism, socialism and globalism, and
incorporated it into the classroom. It was interesting to
learn that while all this was going on, Dewey managed to
slip away to Russia for a time to help organize the
Marxists educational system there."

Today these philosophies are firmly entrenched in our schools
too. Evolution is being pushed as a fact when in fact it is just
a theory which is in fact in tatters. (see the summary on
evolution overleaf). It has a long list of spurious claims which
resolutely try to continue backing it up:-

Evolutionists said then that they simply moved man back 3
Million years and the other phases simply overlap in time.

Well if that is the case, that 3 million years wipes
out half the chart because:

How could man evolve from Australopithecus if man was
there 1 million years before Australopithecus's
existence!

At the International Congress of Zoology (1958) Dr. A.J.E.

who suffered from arthritis.

New Guinea Man

Dates back to 1970. This species has been found in the
region just north of Australia.

Cro Magnon Man

One of the earliest and best established fossils is at
least equal in physique and brain capacity to modern
man... so what is the difference.

Modern Man

This genius thinks he can convince all of us that we are
just a bunch of monkeys.

New species?

Through breeding or natural selection new VARIETIES OF THE SAME
SPECIES are created but not a new Species! Nor even an
intermediary species. There is absolutely no evidence of any
such process taking place today. Why has evolution then,

How would Scientists be able to classify animals if evolution
was prevalent now? the classification itself shows that they

Why then, can forced intermediaries not reproduce, like the
Mule??

Regarding Mutations

The evolutionists will tell you that

'Mutations due to the rearangement in DNA expressed in
light and dark moths in England'

What they do not disclose:

Is that there are two colour phases of the same moth and
because of smog in England, trees have darkened in England and
the camouflage that once protected the light moths from birds
now protects the dark moths

species dies out or cannot reproduce.

According to the second Law of Thermodynamics the probabilities
"if by some infinitesimal chance , the order of things is

smaller - the probability of an increased order arising by
random variation decreases as the degree of order of the system
increases. Any creation in such odds is a supernatural miracle
and cries out for an explanation based on supernatural
intervention!!!

Evolutionists will boast that Science has produced life in the
laboratory.

What they do not tell you is that those who make this claim
define "Life" in a way which most evolutionary scientist will
not even accept.

Nothing has been produced that even resembles a creature that

Human footprints were found in Limestone along with
Dinosaur footprints near the Paluxy river in Texas.

According to Evolutionary Uniformitarian Geologists the earth
is approximately 4.5 Billion years Old.

However it would take erosion only 14 Million years to
wash away everything above sea level.

The total amount of sediment flowing into the ocean
every year is 27.5 Billion Tons

That is not counting the fact that rainfall seems to
be decreasing or taking into consideration that
Noah's Ark exists and there is inescapable proof
that there was a massive flood on the earth.

14,300,000 tons of meteoric dusts ( mainly nickel dust )
settles on the earth each year. This is derived from
simple quantum measurement on the surface and below the

The same dust falls on the moon. In 5 Billion years the
dust would be 137 feet deep.

However when Armstrong stepped on the moon Armstrong's
footprints went through only 1/8th inch of dust,
equivalent to some 7,000 years of dust which correlates
with the bible version of creation !!!!

organized body of of factual knowledge and relationships. The
"Scientific Method" necessarily involves experimental
reproductivity and verification.

Uniformitarianism

The one philosophy is to explain everything in terms of
what is happening now

On Atoms

Nobody knows what holds protons together and why they do not
all repel each other into space.

things, and by Him all things consist ( are held together)
and in John 1:3 'All things were made by Him; and without
Him was not anything made that was made'

Then there is the Brownian Motion, entropy and Phenomenon

Entropy (the disorder of randomness) of a system tends to
increase and this tendency can only be be superseded, locally
and temporarily, if there is an excess supply of ordering energy
brought in from outside the system.

This is again in line with Scripture ( Romans 8: 21,22)
and (Genisis 3:17 )

The theory of evolution is none other than a Scientific
Philosophy being pushed as a religion which includes Globalism
the "New Morality" and "ethical relativism".

Professors fear teaching facts which could get them ridiculed
discredited or fired.

It costs millions to educate the masses. Once the Government
have the funds a direction for education must be selected,
decisions must be made, this is where manipulation,
indoctrination and brainwashing, come into play.

The Creation Research Society of Ann Arbour, Michigan alone,
way back in 1976 had 450 members with Masters and Doctorates in
various fields of Science, not counting others.

Almost every Creation Science professor has been systematically
eliminated from the world's Universities. All the scientific
studies and scientific evidence of electromagnetic video taping
of spirits leaving the bowie of terminally ill persons in
hospitals as they die and the massive cataloguing of paranormal
phenomena as a result of those experiments have also
disappeared.

A survey of the worlds universities will show that in the last
15 years almost all books containing the factual information
(satellite photograph, samples, expedition reports) of Noah's
Ark which rests on Mt Arrarat has disappeared from the shelves.

Why hide these facts from the public? Obviously for the purposes
of promoting Luciferic Illuminism, the religion of the new World
order. All one needs to do is to a look at the extracts from

militant feminist and a member of the Fabian Socialist

H G Wells, and other leading Fabians.

Besant was followed by Alice Bailey, who together with her
husband, Foster, constructed much of the foundation of what
is now known as New Age religion. Unabashedly
acknowledging their demonic sympathies, they launched
'Lucifer' Publishing Company, which published the
theosophical periodical Lucifer. Realizing later that
perhaps the Christian world was not yet ready for their
open preference for Satanic religion, they changed the name
to 'Lucis Publishing Company'. The Lucis Trust, established
by the Baileys in 1922, continues to serve as the umbrella
organization and programs that are key catalysts of the
emerging new world religion. These include the Arcane
School, World Goodwill, Triangles, Lucis Publishing, Lucis
Productions, Lucis Trust Libraries, and the New Group of
World Serves.

AN New Age Network.

According to Lucis Trust, 'World Goodwill is recognised ..
at the United Nation' and is 'represented at regular
briefing sessions at the United Nations in New York and
Geneva'. The 'regular weekly broadcasts of talks given at
World Goodwill Forum meetings and programs produced by
Lucis Productions' in London and New York are beamed by
Radio For Peace International in English, Spanish, German,
and French, on short-wave, to a 'worldwide audience' from
the UN University for Peace in Costa Rica. According to
spokesmen at the Lucis Trust, all people of good will,
whether they realize it or not, belong to the New Group of
World Servers (NGWS) who will bring about 'spiritual
unfoldment' and 'lead humanity into a new age of peace and
plenty'.

'Humanity is not following a haphazard or uncharted course
- there is a Plan,' say the Lucis theosophists. And, 'Men
of goodwill who cooperate form part of the new group to
implement the Plan.' The 'Plan' involves a 'spiritual
Hierarchy of the planet' and the building of a synthetic
unity' that will be manifested in an 'inner centre or
subjective world government, whose members are responsible
for the spread of those ideals and ideas which have led
humanity onwards from age to age'. The leaders of the New
Group of World Servers' provide the vision and mould public
opinion.' But there is yet a higher class of adepts.
'Behind these leaders and the co-operating men of
goodwill', we learn, 'are the Custodians of the Plan', the
'inner spiritual Government of the Planet.'

According to these possessors of esoteric wisdom, 'People
in the world at this time can be divided into four groups':

First the uninformed masses ...... They are, however,
enough developed to respond to the mental suggestion
and control of more advanced people.

Second, the middle classes - both higher and
lower..... Because they can read and discuss and are
beginning to think, they form the most powerful
element in any nation.

Third, the thinkers are everywhere .... They are
steadily influencing world affairs - sometimes for
good and sometimes for selfish ends.

Fourth, the New Group of World Servers. These are the
people who are building the new world order ... They
own to no creed, save the creed of Brotherhood, based
on the One Life. They recognize no authority save that
of their own souls."

Therefore the creed of 'the brotherhood' lies at the very basis
of our education.

From the Protocols of the Learned Elders of zion we read:-

"We have fooled, bemused and corrupted the youth of the
goyim by rearing them in principles and theories which are
known to us to be false although it is by us that they have
been inculcated"

COMMENTARY ON THE PROTOCOLS
OF THE LEARNED ELDERS OF ZION


At this point, since 'The Protocols' have been mentioned before,
it is perhaps fitting to give some further commentary of this
document:-

Banned due to controversy

It appears that the 'Protocols' where first unbanned and then
banned again. I am not sure as to whether they are now, under
the freedom of expression clause of the New Constitution, deemed
to be unbanned. If in fact they are still banned then I would
like to know the reasons for this.

The controversy over the ant-semitism of the Protocols is so
extensive and well publicized especially in the 'Victor Marsden'
version of the Protocols, that it can impossibly still be a
reason for them being banned. There are countless books such as
The 'Myth of the Jewish Menace in World Affairs or the truth
About the Forged Protocols of the Elders of Zion', by Lucien
Wolf, published by Macmillan, in 1921 support this.

Then there are the 7 odd volumes of writings by the Ex Jesuit
Priest, Alberto Riviera, put out through Chick Publications in
California, which claim that the Protocols were in fact written
by the Jesuits If that is so then surely there must now be some
controversy regarding Catholics.

Moreover, given the statements made about Freemasons in the
protocols it is surprising that there is no controversy over
that. What with the copious exposures on the Masonic brotherhood
by overseas publishers, one would have thought that the
brotherhood have a right to know about some of the matters which
I shall highlight later on in this overview.


The controversies of the Protocols seem to be so diverse as to
make the issue of controversy a non-issue issue. There must
therefore be some other reason for banning them. The question
is, what is it?

It may be significant to note that the Protocols are only banned
in Communist Countries and in South Africa. If our Constitution
is modeled on countries where the Protocols are not banned then
it follows that they should become unbanned here, unless of
course we are considered Communist.


Remarkably accurate

The key to the question posed may lie in Communism or some other
Political philosophy wanting to protect itself from an exposure
of its real aims. One thing is for sure, The protocols are quite
obviously written with a rather remarkable kind of insight and
planning.

Given the astounding fulfillments of the Protocols, in
particular, with the advent of the Provisional World Government
in 1989, with its Constitution for the Federation of Earth, and
the flood of information being released on Globalism, Secular
Humanism, etc., I cannot see why such an obviously relevant
document, remains hidden, especially as it is by now so old.

Way back on the 7th of November 1957, The Earl of Gosford, Joint
Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, said
in the House of Lords said:-

"Her Majesty's Government are fully in agreement with
World government. We agree that this must be the goal, and
that every step that is humanly possible must be taken to
reach that goal.

All over the World, 'federation', 'integration',
'regionalisation', and 'interdependence' are the order of
the day. All this is foreshadowed in the Protocols,
published more than a half a century ago by Sergyei Nilus,
which, we are told are a forgery.

Can all this be coincidence? Could any forger be so
prescient?"

On August 27 1921 Lord Sydenham wrote in the "Spectator"

"Nothing that was written in 1865 can have any bearing
upon the deadly accuracy of the forecasts in the Protocols,
most of which have been fulfilled to the letter"

(I submit that there is now virtually no question that this
still applies even more forcefully today)

Are people being kept in the dark?

The argument that the public are to be kept in the dark as to
what is really going on seems to gain an enormous strength in
the light of the above.

This gives the appearance that there there is a governmental
doctrine of 'keeping people in the dark and ignorant of the real
facts'. A propaganda of selective education so to speak.

Perhaps the Government should then release this Government held
information under Section 23 of the New Constitution.

Be that as it may, I cannot see how the Protocols could remain
banned, especially now that the cat is so openly out of the bag
insofar the Provisional World Government is concerned.

Overview of Protocols

I should like to deal with aspects of these Protocols under
several headings. I shall start with issues regarding the press,
Religion, the Family Unit and law, as this report is intended as
an addendum to a submission on Pornography, to the Publications
Control Board of South Africa. Thereafter I will deal with
issues regarding the Masonic Brotherhood as that ties in to a
report to the Minister of Justice via members of the Senate and
members of Parliament, on Judicial Irregularity and other
related matters.

The version of the Protocols to which I refer is entitled "World
Conquest through World Government" by Victor E. Marsden, which
was put out by Britons Publishing Company in 1969. For the sake
of simplicity and brevity I shall quote only the protocol number
and page number when making references. The terms 'goyim' in
these Protocols seems to refer to all those who are not part of
the 'Learned and wise Elders of Zion'.
RELIGION

Protocol 4 page 31 states:

"This is the reason why it is indispensable for us to
undermine all faith, to tear out of the minds of the goyim
the very principal of Godhead and the spirit, and to put in
its place arithmetic calculations and material needs"
INTERNATIONAL FINANCE

Protocol 6 page 36

" We shall soon be establishing huge monopolies, reservoirs
of colossal riches, upon which even large fortunes of the
goyim will depend to such an extent that they will go to
the bottom together with the credit of the states on the
day after the political smash.."


Protocol 8 page 39

" Around us will be a whole constellation of bankers"

Protocol 7 page 37

"In the second place, by our intrigues we shall tangle up
all the threads which we have woven into the cabinets of
all states by means of the political, by economic treaties
or loan agreements"

Protocol 21 page 82

"Of foreign loans I shall say nothing more, because they
have fed us with the national moneys of the goyim" .... we
have taken advantage of the venality of administrators
and the slackness of rulers, to get our moneys twice, three
and more times over, by lending to the goy governments
moneys which were not at all needed by the states"
LAW

Protocol 8 page 38:

"We must seek and search out the very finest shades of
expression and knotty points in the Lexicon of legal
justification for those cases where we shall have to
pronounce judgments that might appear abnormally audacious
and unjust, for it is important that these resolutions
should be set forth in expressions that shall seem to be
the most exalted moral principals cast into legal form"

Protocol 9 page 42

"Above the existing laws, without substantially altering
them, and by merely twisting them into contradictory
interpretations, we have erected something grandiose in the
way of results. These results found expression first in the
fact that the interpretations masked the laws: afterwards
they entirely hid them from the eyes of the Governments
since it had become almost impossible to understand the
tangled web of legislation."

" We have got our hands into the administration of the law,
into the conduct of elections, into the press, into the
liberty of the person, but principally into education and
training"


Protocol 15 page 63

"Under our influence the execution of the laws of the goyim
has been reduced to a minimum. The prestige of the law has
been exploded by the liberal interpretations introduced
into this sphere. In the most important and fundamental
affairs and questions judges decide as we dictate to them ,
see matter in the light wherewith we enfold them for the
administration of the goyim, of course, through persons who
are our tools though we do not appear to have anything in
common with them - by newspaper opinion or by other
means..."

Protocol 17 page 69

"The practice of advocacy produces men cold, cruel,
persistent, unprincipled, who in all cases take up an
impersonal, purely legal standpoint. Their inveterate habit
is to refer everything to the defensive value of its
properties and not to the public welfare of its results.
They do not usually decline to undertake any defense
whatsoever, they strive for an acquittal at all costs,
caviling over every petty crux of jurisprudence and thereby
they demoralize justice."

"It is easy to understand that in these conditions the key
of the shrine will lie in our hands, and no one outside
ourselves will any longer direct the force of legislation."
MASONS

Following on from what was mentioned above:

Protocol 11 page 61

"The class of people who most willingly enter secret
societies are those who live by their wits, careerists, and
in general, people, mostly light minded, with whom we shall
have no difficulty in dealing and in using to wind up the
mechanism of the machine devised by us.... It is natural
that we and no other should lead masonic activities."

"The goyim enter the lodges out of curiosity or in the hope
of getting a nibble from the public pie, and some of them
in order to obtain a hearing before the public for their
impracticable and groundless fantasies: they thirst for
applause, of which we are remarkably generous. And the
reason why we give them this success is to make use of the
high conceit of themselves to which it gives birth....

You cannot imagine to what extent the wisest of the goyim
can be brought to a state of unconscious naivete' through
this high conceit of themselves, and at the same time how
easy it is to take the heart out of them by the slightest
ill success, though it be nothing more than silencing the
applause and reducing them to slavish submission for the
sake of winning a renewal of success.... these tigers in
appearance have the souls of sheep and the wind blows
freely through their heads"
POLITICS

In Protocol number one on page 21 we read:

"Therefore we must not stop at bribery, deceit and
treachery when they should serve towards the attainment of
our end. In politics one must know how to seize the
property of others without hesitation if by it we secure
submission and sovereignty."

In protocol 5 page 33 we read:

" it is more important to disarm the peoples than to lead
them into war ; more important to use for our advantage the
passions which have burst into flames than to quench their
fire; more important to catch up and interpret the ideas of
others to suite ourselves than to eradicate them. The
Principal object of our directorate consists in this: to
debase the public mind by criticism; to lead it away from
serious reflection calculated to arouse resistance; to
distract the forces of the mind towards a sham fight of
empty eloquence."

" In place of the rulers of today we shall set up a bogey
called the Super-Government"


( Does this mean that the provisional World Government is just a
Bogey. If this is them perhaps Alberto Riviera may very well be
right in his summation that the Vatican is the actual force
behind it all)

Protocol 7 page 38 says:

"The principal factor of success in the political is the
secrecy of its undertakings: the word should not agree with
the deeds of the diplomat"

Protocol 10 page 45:

"When we introduced into the state organism the poison of
Liberalism its whole political complexion underwent a
change. States have been seized with a mortal illness -
blood poisoning. All that remains is to await the end of
their death agony."
PRESS

From Protocol 2 toward the end, on page 24, we read:

"In the hands of the States of today there is a great
force that creates the movement of thought in the people,
and that is the Press. The part played by the Press is to
keep pointing out requirements supposed to be
indispensable, to give voice to the complaints of the
people, to express and to create discontent. It is in the
Press that the triumph of freedom of speech finds its
incarnation. But the Goyim states have not known how to
make use of this force and it has fallen into our hands.
Through the Press we have gained the power to influence,
while remaining ourselves in the shade.

Protocol 12 page 51:

"The pretext for stopping any publication will be the
alleged plea that it is agitating the public mind without
occasion or justification. I beg you to note that among
those making attacks upon us will also be organs
established by us, but they will attack exclusively points
that we have predetermined to alter."

" And if there should be any found who are desirous of
writing against us, they will not find any person eager to
print their productions"

"In order to direct our newspaper militia in this sense we
must take especial and minute care in organizing this
matter.

"No one will dare to demand the abrogation of a matter
once settled, all the more so as it will be represented as
an improvement... And immediately the press will distract
the current thought towards new questions ( have we not
trained people always to be seeking something new?)"

In 'En Route to Global Occupation page 56

"In addition to most of the major media personalities
belonging to the Rockefeller controlled CFR or TC, the
television networks are influenced by the Rockefellers
family bank.

on page 57

"Independent newspapers have also been the target of
establishment takeovers and mergers."

It is not surprising therefore that media coverage is selective.
Gary Kah describes on page 47 of his book how the media did a
total blackout on an exposure of the CFR by Congressman Larry
McDonald and then did not even cover his death under mysterious
circumstances aboard a Korean Airliner in 1983, an accident that
was referred to as a '007 type accident' and which infuriated a
great many members of the US congress who all asked for an
investigation: STILL THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO MEDIA COVERAGE!

The head of the Natal Newspapers is a self confessed Jesuit. The
Argus group which controls it, is controlled by Anglo American,
a company listed together with Mr. Oppenheimer as part of the
CFR, the Committee of 300, the Illuminati etc. Moreover the main
editors all appear most frightened of printing anything to do
with an exposure on Freemasonry.

Similarly despite a members of parliament and the Senate in this
country asking for action, despite approach to the media, the
situation here is identical, NO MEDIA COVERAGE!

a Pale Horse' which consists of a compilation of top secret
documents gleaned from the records of the USA Naval Intelligence

THE VATICAN CONNECTION

Evidence in David Yallop's book entitled 'In Gods Name'
unquestionably links with Vatican and the Vatican Bank with the
imfamous P2 Lodge in Italy. Mr Yallop frequently shows a list of
some 100 names of people in the Vatican that contains details of
their membership in Masonic lodges. Included in the list is the
name of the current Pope.

Ignatius De Loyola

Dr. Alberto Riviera draws attention to a well know fact on page
9, of the volume entitled 'The Godfathers' namely that Ignatius
De Loyola founded the Jesuit Order, on page 24 that Loyola was a
practitioner of occultic skills, on page 27 volume 12 entitled
'Alberto' of his books on the Vatican that senior members of the
Jesuits are members of the Freemasons, on page 32 of Volume 14
that Pope Pius XII was a Mason, on page 30 (copy attached
overleaf) where the masons fit into the order of things, -
directly under the Jesuits.

Jerusalem

From John J. Robinson's book 'The Lost Secrets of Freemasonry -
Born in Blood' which deals at length with the Knights Templar
and is considered the most modern and authoritative work on the
topic, he writes about the 'Temple Mount' in Jerusalem where
Solomon's temple stood and where the 'Dome of the Rock' Islamic
Mosque now stands, he makes the point that Islam, the Vatican,
the Christians and the Freemasons all want access to this area.
According we read on page 343:-

"This is the place where, more than anywhere else, the
central religious attitude of Freemasonry could be applied
with most beneficial effect to the rest of the world, where
men who avow their beliefs in a supreme being could meet
in brotherhood and bear full respect for the other man's
mode of worship."

From John J. Robinson's book 'The Lost Secrets of Freemasonry -
Born in Blood' he states further:-

"The Catholic church has suggested that Jerusalem become
an international city, a concept that may have merit but
does not solve the problem

MYSTERY BABYLON

In 1858 the Rev. Alexander Hislop quoting 275 authors wrote a
book called 'The Two Babylons' a book that has never been
refuted and is to this day still considered a masterpiece on
subject, deals with the links between Catholicism and Babylon

In an summary of Hislop's analyses by Dr. D. Jeremiah in his
series The Turning Point' given on Short-wave radio over the
BBC Service, he traces the 'Mystery Babylon' mentioned in the
book of Revelations 17 in the Bible and the 'Abomination of
Desolation' mentioned in the Book of Mathew 24 by Jesus Christ
in quoting the prophet Daniel, indisputably to the Vatican. He
gives a summary of Hislop's studies as follows:-

Mystery babylon

Noah had a son called Cush who in turn had a daughter called
Semiramis. Semiramis married her son Nimrod. they had a son
called Tammuz whom Semiramis claimed was miraculously conceived
by a ray of sunlight. At some point Tammuz was killed by a wild
boar and after 40 days of weeping by Semiramis the boy was
raised from the dead.

All over the world pagan religions surrounding this legend
developed which involved the idol worship of Mother child.

In Assyria the mother was Ishtar and the son Tammuz

In Phoenetia the mother was Ashtarte and the son Baal

In Egypt the mother was Isis and the son Orsiris

In Greece the Mother was Aphrodite and the son Eros

In Rome the mother was Venus and the son Cupid

In India the mother was Isi and the son Iswara

In China the Holy Mother was Shing Moo and the child
is unnamed

In Assyria the mother was worshiped by the offering of wafer to
her as the 'Queen of Heaven' as was the cases in Egypt.

In the book of Jeremiah 44 verse 15 in the bible we read
about the burning of incense to the 'queen of heaven' and
the pouring out drink offerings to her.

Forty days of 'lent' memorializing the 40 days of weeping was a
common tradition in these times.

In the book of Ezekial chapter 8, verse 13 - 14 we read
about abominations committed by the Jews at the door of the
gate of the temple toward North where there were woman
weeping for Tammuz.

At end of the feast of 'Ishtar' to celebrate the resurrection of
Tamuz from the grave, part of this celebration involved the
exchanging of 'Ishtar Eggs' symbolizing the new life and new
birth of Tammuz.

The tradition of Easter eggs comes directly from this
feast.

King Nebucadnezzer of Babylon adopted this religion and since
then Babylon has been synonymous with idol worship.

In Rome the feasts were celebrated by priests wearing vestments
and in a ceremony involving wafers shaped like the sun and drink
offerings.

The 'Mystery of Iniquity' mentioned in the book of II
Theselonians 2 in the bible can be traced directly to the
Mystery Babylon as a religion which grounded itself in Rome and
infiltrated other religions.

In Revelation 17 the 'Whore of Babylon' (denoting spiritual
infidelity) is described as sitting on seven hills, being drunk
with the blood of the martyrs of Christ, surrounded by a sea of
people, riding on the beast which is described as a government
having ten heads (sections), and controlling the nations.

Well Rome sits on seven hills.

The Vatican is the primary financier of the worlds major
lending institutions and therefore dictates its terms to
the nations. It sits firmly on the beast (the European
Community and its Provisional World Government, to which
all our leaders refer to as the coming New World Order). it
is interesting to note that the European headquarters in
brussels is built like an upside-down cross with the arms
broken (exactly like the ceremony of satanic ritual
requires) and that its main frame computer which controls
all trade under the Mastreich treaty is called 'The Beast'.

Note the official advertisement of the European
Community overleaf. Note the picture of the original
painting of the tower of Babel on the previous page
and the unmistakable similarity between the two
pictures. Note also that the stars are upside down
pentagrams, exactly like the rendition of the masonic
and templar God Baphomet, Satan himself. There are 10
stars, five on each side, one for each member nation
state and for each region that the world is divided
into under the provisional World Government. (see
illustration of that on the following pages)


During the Inquisition it made itself guilty of the blood

It is now planning on setting up on the Temple Mount with
'The Beast', aided by its lackeys, the Masons, the
Illuminati, the Learned Elders - all offshoots of the
original occultic mysticism that Ignatius de Loyola the
founder of the Jesuits and father of Masonic doctrine put
together and gave vent to organizations of secrecy and
infiltration illustrated overleaf, - all for the attainment
of one single goal:- the eradication and suppression of
the belief in God through Secular Humanism and the
replacing thereof with the belief and worship of Lucifer!

In 1500 there was corruption in the churches;- 'Plato's
Republic' was the popular solution;- 'If wise men, well paid
were in charge, then there will be no corruption'; they wanted
only humanist thinkers in power but first, they had to destroy
existing world order and do it secretly. Ruskin (father of the
Fabian Society), Marx Pike Weishaupt etc. all shared the
theories of Plato, who's ideal society included the following:-

1 The elimination of marriage and the family

2 All men would belong to all woman

3 Children resulting from these promiscuous unions would
be taken over by the government, as soon as they were
weaned. They would be raise anonymously by the sate

4 Woman would be equal with men

5 Woman would be expected to fight wars with men and perform labour like men

6 Selective breeding of men and woman will take place
under government control

7 Children considered inferior or crippled in this
breeding process would be destroyed

Bizarre as that may seem, Luciferian dogma and world domination
is what secretly drives those that today control the world. The
fulfillment of prophecy is inescapable - men have been greatly
deceived and given over to great delusion as it is stated in the
Bible, in II Theselonians chapter 2 verse 7:-

For the Mystery of Iniquity doth already work: only he who
now letteth will let until he be taken out of the way . (8)
and then shall that wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall
consume with the spirit of His mouth and the brightness of
His coming: (9) Even Him whose coming is after the working
of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders , (10)
and with the deceivableness of unrighteousness in them
that perish; because they received not the truth that they
may be saved. (11) And for this cause God shall send them
strong delusion that they should believe a lie ; (12) That
all might be dammed who believed not the truth, but had
pleasure in unrighteousness."


THE QUESTION THAT ARISES

It seems clear from the interim constitution that a judge should
act first in the interest of national unity, then the pubic
interest and the interest of justice.

However the operative words are 'national unity'. Does this then
mean that this country has, as a common goal, an Independent
nationalism, or a nationalism which is subject to a New World
Order? It seems that the latter must be the case, due simply to
our hopeless interdependence on the New World Order.

I therefore respectfully submit that no justice can make any
decision unless he has a clear grasp of the New World Order's
hold on this country, especially what conditions are attached to
all our foreign loans.

If these include (and I am positive they do) the suppression of
Christianity and other religions (which is already evident) for
the sake of making Secular Humanism the official state policy
(and that certainly seems apparrant), then all peoples in this
country need to be made aware of the situation.

Inevitably also, any ruling by a Justice, according to Section
24 of the Interim Constitution will need to be accompanied by
reasons of judgment, and I respectfully submit that these will
need to cover the point raised above, in the public interest and
in the interest of national unity.

However, It may very well be that the submission regarding the
preamble of the New Constitution currently before Parliament
will be negated by an order following this unopposed Notice of
Motion in the Supreme Court of the Durban Coast Local Division,
as the order sought might very well set a precedent at law which
will prevent the sitting of judges who hold to and/or display
various beliefs and standpoints (including and especially that
of Secular Humanism), from sitting on certain matters, in
particular those matters in which an infringement under Article
14 (the freedom of religion clause) of Act 200 of 1993 (the
Interim Constitution) is alleged.

This is primarily so because Article 4 of the Interim
Constitution "binds all legislative, executive and judicial
organs of state at all levels of Government"

By way of explanation and amplification of the above I quote
from extracts of the next supplementary submission to court in
this regard:-

1 The Notice of Motion, has not been opposed by any of the
Respondents.

2 Whilst the orders sought in the Notice of Motion are to
a degree open ended and give the Court leeway in dealing
with the matter (primarily for the purpose of obtaining a
clearer picture of the Court's stance), a condensation of
the orders sought amount to a request that the Court
order that a suitable Commission of Inquiry ensue that will
determine what will be an 'appropriate independent and
impartial forum' in terms of articles 22 and 24 (read in
context with the interim constitution, in particular
article 14) for the fair adjudication of the matter ,
which would involve making a finding of facts on the extent
of the allegations contained in the submissions before
Court as well as subsequent submissions and findings of
fact before itself. In effect it would be a new
Commission of Inquiry into the activities of secret
organisations such as was held in 1965 (The Botha Inquiry
RP No. 20/1965) but just on a larger scale and with the
benefit of an enormous amount of new information and
evidence.

One would need to ask for a disclosure of the courts
stance in this regard, - whether it views the
application in a spirit of hostility , in the spirit of
reconstruction and development or however else it
considers it to be ' justifiable in an open and
democratic society based on freedom and equality,
having due regard to the spirit purport and objects' 

of chapter 3 of the Interim Constitution.

3.3.1 It is with regards to the ' spirit purport and
objects ' that we run into a gray area because if
this depends on the spirit purport and
objectives of the legislature and not on what can
be extracted from the legislation itself , then
consideration of the whole picture behind the
allegations made in the cases is unavoidable
because any restrictions on the autonomy under
which the government and the legislature operate
such as the governments commitments under the
conditionalities contracts it has in place with
world lending institutions and to what extent it
is part of and subscribes to the New World Order
and its objectives together with a host of other
relevant issues, could impossibly be ignored as
it would be contrary to the public interest and
not in the interest of justice to do so as:-

3.3.2 the public have a right to know under
Article 23 and the interest of justice
cannot be served if there is a possibility
of bias toward any group or groups under
Article 14 .

3.3.2.1 The question that arises is what are
the current Government and
Judiciary's links with the New World
order, the Provisional World Government
and various other organizations through
the secret organization which is
implicated in the evidence and
allegations before Court, together with
a detailed exposure of the beliefs and
objectives of these groups and how they
affect a Christian seeking justice in
the Courts.

3.3.3 Moreover the fact that submissions have been made
to parliament (which if they were eventually to
be passed as an Act of Parliament will serve to
negate any order such as the one in essence
sought) may very well have to be noted for
whatever significance it may hold, namely:-

3.3.3.1 That under the democratic principals of the
state the matter should rightly be decided
by referendum.

3.3.3.1.1 However such a process may very well be
flawed by the fact that should the
majority of people in South Africa
decide on a secular state then the
minority rights of those who are not
secular and who feel threatened by it
will be infringed upon, (especially
where there is now irrefutable evidence
of those fears being real and not just
imagined), this would immediately make
the state autocratic.

3.3.3.1.2 That being the case the legislation is
doomed in terms of article 4 or is it?
The answer to that depends on the
successful application of autocracy
(such as Communism Socialism or secular
Humanism) or not.

3.3.3.1.3 If the constitution is dependent of
foreign case law in terms of article 35
and if such case law need necessarily
be democratic (because the Interim
constitution is in fact made up from
democratic models) then the state is
clearly prohibited by law from being
autocratic.

3.3.3.1.4 If however there is evidence that
contrary ideals are being adopted then
we need to look carefully at the nature
of the state in the public interest and
that is definitely a matter that should
be decided by referendum. A secular
state is after all a hybrid type of
socialism in which other religious
beliefs are generally stifled and
oppressed autocratically.

3.3.3.1.4.1 This is particularly relevant when
one considers that there is a list
of very prominent politicians and
leaders of the South African
Community who subscribe to
Liberation Theology, which is in
essence Socialist and Autocratic
in nature.


4 Whether the Commission of Inquiry will take cognizance 

of a submission or a bill before parliament or not is therefore 

a matter or debate. However, given the ambit of Article 4
read with various other articles in the interim
constitution I would think that such a Commission of
inquiry, particularly as it would be a Judicial Commission,
would not consider such a submission or bill as it clearly
rates beneath the 'supreme law' as it now stands, namely
the Interim Constitution, but this can only be gauged by
the ultimate stance of the judges or the Commission in
terms of the preamble regarding national unity.

6 No matter which way you look at it the matter as it is is
fairly and squarely in the public interest.

7 For that reason alone I respectfully suggest that meetings
be arrange between the various parties with the view of
formulating a proper question to Parliament backed and
supported by a tactful and informative lobbying campaign ,
especially as members from the ANC are already involved and
to my knowledge other parties are concerned with the same
issues and would welcome a case in point, in law which
requires an answer from the Minister of Justice.

7.1 I strongly feel that a proper exposure of the full
truth to the public and the government of national
unity by a cross section of parliament will not only
lift the media lid on these issues but should provide
a proper perspective on the real situation we find
ourselves in at this time . This is particularly
pertinent as documents such as " The Protocols of the
Learned Elders of Zion are still banned (they are
banned only in S.A and communist countries) despite
representation to the Publications Control Board on
the issue and without any answer on the
representations being forthcoming from the board .

7.2 The media lid is just one of many issues which need to
be taken into account and discussed at such a meeting.
Other issues are:-

I believe it is time that the real issues be dealt with openly,
as these have surfaced in indisputable evidence before the
Courts in our country. This has happened in many cases before
the courts in which the same patterns are clearly discernible .
Patterns which should send cold shivers of concern down the
spine of any Christian (or any other religion that values its
freedom for that matter) who still values their freedom .
Hopefully the complacent can be aroused from a very dangerous
sleep . To that end I am prepared to go all out to let the truth
be shouted from the housetops so that people can be set free for
they do not know to what extent they are already imprisoned .
SUMMARY

I have alleged conspiracy and then proved it in the papers
before the Court on a balance of probabilities by pointing out
that almost all of those against me are Freemasons or members
from related organizations. I referred to their oaths and modus
operandi and showed an exact correlation between these and what
I have been subjected to.

I alleged that this matter falls under Section 14 of the New
Constitution as I am being persecuted for my religious beliefs
and for the fact that I am exposing the activities of my
opponents.

To this end I have proved that most members of Freemasonry
practice the religion of Secular Humanism. I have shown that
Secular Humanism is simply a conduit to Luciferian illuminism
which is without question violently opposed to me exercising the
religious freedom I am entitled to exercises as a Christian.

I have shown that this state is currently considering to become
a Secular State. I have shown that this is primarily because of
its affiliations with the 'New World Order.'

I have shown that as a result of this I may be discriminated
against in the 'national interest'.

On this point alone, I respectfully submit, that I am entitled
to receive a specific and full clarification of the issue, on
the strength of two Sections in the New Constitution at least:-

I believe I have a right to the full truth in terms of Section
23 which reads:

"Every person shall have the right of access to all
information held by the state or any of its organs at any
level of government in so far such information is required
for the exercise or the protection of his or her rights.

And to full and comprehensive written reasons for judgment in
terms of Section 24 (c)

and to:-

"Administrative action which is justifiable in relation to
the reasons given for it where any of his or her rights is
affected or threatened."
in terms of Section 24 (d)

That is why a Commission of Inquiry should ensue, - because it
is in 'the public interest' as the public have a right to decide
whether they will be part or not part of a New World Order. But
even that aside, they need to know risks they run for adhering
to their beliefs and whether they are wasting their time going
to the courts for justice if their beliefs are known, and as
such, are considered contrary to the aims of the new World Order
and therefore also the national interest.
